Typically you go to a community college for two years. Instead of paying a flat tution rate like at a University, you pay by the credit hour. Here at U of I I paid close to $4700 for 13.5 hours of classes this semester. At my community college it was $52 a credit hour. That's a HUGE difference.

It just seems that some of the professors and TA don't give a s***. Others seem so smart, and don't want to deal with students who don't understand the material. Oh well. BTW, I was writing that last night while studying for an exam in a class where I am completely lost. That was right after I took a night exam and missed the first 6 innings of the Red Sox-Yanks game last night. I was really frustrated with school work at the time.

Maybe David Ortiz and Bill Mueller would've signed here in 2003 if we offered money, but you don't know that for sure. We had a first baseman, a DH, and a third baseman. The best is the first community college in the U.S; Joliet Junior College. It was established in 1901 with six course offerings being held at Joliet Township High School (now Joliet Central.) I went there for a couple of years before transfering to U of I. I didn't know what I wanted to major in, and I saved a ton of money by going there. I also think the teaching methods there were a hell of alot better than U of I. I'm not learning anything here.

It wasn't just roids, he got busted for coke all of the time. I think a couple years ago he got busted in a Motel with a couples of whores in possesion of crack. I wanna say it was right after he came out in SI.
