  1. Problem is, I don't think many (if any) of the so-called atrocities Apu alleges Israel perpetrated against Palestine ever happenned. He cannot cite internationally recognized CREDIBLE news sources to back up any of his claims!
  2. It might help if Palestinians said Israel had the Right to Exist in Arabic, to the Arab people, instead of just in English, to appease the West. It would also help if they did something about it, in addition to just talking. Maybe start with NOT teaching their childredn to want to hate and kill Jews, not teaching their children that Jews are the devil, that we are dogs and pigs. Not promising martyrdom to killers of Jews, not calling for "a million martyrs on Jerusalem". Not preaching "Palestine - From the River to the Sea". That would be a start!
  3. I could not care less what Apu "thinks". I know I have called (or impled) several people racist or anti-Semitic in prior postings, to those of you who I did so, I apologize...I was wrong. However, Apu makes no qualms about the fact that he hates Jews, Israel, Zionists, the IDF, Americans, America, the US Military, etc. To him I owe no apologies, nore will I ever offer any. I have no room in my life for idiots like Apu. He can go to Hell with Yassin and the rest of the terrorists, who's causes, Apu champions!
  4. You are 100% correct Ish, and I'm done trying! If you look at the title of this thread, you can see where I was kind of goaded into responding. I'm not going to do it anymore. Some people are too stubborn, ignorant, stupid, etc., to try to see things in ways other than those in which they believe. I can't get to these close minded people, and I ain't gonna try anymore. Let 'em wallow in their "blissful ignorance"!
  5. Israel has never NOT recognized Palestines' right to exist, just not in ALL of Israel!
  6. Again, I stand corrected. I am more than enough of a man to admit when I am wrong. If you do further research you will see a disproportionate number of Israeli condemnations than there are Palestinian condemnations, by the UN, Amnesty Intl, etc. I know that in an argument, when you use terms like "never" and/or "always", you open yourself up for a "beatdown". That's what I did, and you caught me on it. (Nice work!) I was trying to; 1) make a point about the disproportionate Numbe of condemnations; 2) see if Apu could back up ANY of his claims with...I don't know...A fact!
  7. It's time to "thin the herd"! Too many radical Islamists running around, killing innocent people, threatening world peace. I'm sorry. I can't get myself to feel any compassion for Yassin or any other terrorist or militant Islamist that gets killed. Does that make me a barbarian? I don't know. Ask the families of the 9/11 or 3/11 victims if they cried for Yassin. Ask the families of all the Israelis who's families were destroyed by homicide bombers if they feel bad for Yassin and his follwers!
  8. I agree with you Jester. But, if you have ever read the Koran, you will find where it calls for death to all "nonbelievers" and infidels. Islam is based on the "if you're not with us, you're against us" theory of religion. If you look at all of the threats to world peace, Islam (or should I say, radical Islam) is right in the middle of it.
  9. Apu is missing the MAJOR POINT (again). The reason that there are so many Palestinian civilian casualties is that; 1) The Palestinian "leadership" sends civilians to blow themselves up, they don't use militia for that; and 2) Palestinian militants purposely HIDE amongst civilians, use civilians as "human shields". If the Palestinians would come out and "fight like men", there would be no civilian losses on their side. As NUKE CLEVELAND said a few pages ago, the difference between Israel and "Palestine" is that Israel targets militants whereas "Palestine" intentionally targets civilians. NOTE: I actually started to read Apu's (wordy) posting; after I got one paragraph into it, I realized it was more of his anti-Israel propaganda bulls***! Dude, I don't know what your background is, ethnically or educationally, but my suggestion to you is, don't try to make yourself out to be an expert on a subject about which you know nothing. Being that you sometimes come off as sounding somewhat educated, you may have the "power" to convince others to your way of "thinking"; that scares me. BTW, Amnesty International and Physicians for Human Rights are two of the most anti-Israel pro-Palestinian organizations that currently exist. Please show me where either of them have EVER condemned Palestinians for terrorist attacks!
  10. They need to be made to understand that their "living" conditions are the way they are because of their own "leadership", not because of the Israelis!
  11. Step 1) Remove Arafat from office, in any way necessary. Step 2) The next (democratically elected) palestinian leader MUST recognize Israel's Right to Exist, and do EVERYTHING in his power to guarantee it. (Actions, not just words!) Step 3) Disarm/dismantle all militant groups and factions. Step 4) There must be a "proving period" (1 year) wherein there are NO violent acts by Palestinians vs. Israelis. Then...you can start negotiations.
  12. wHY WOULD THEY LIE TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BAD?
  13. Please check out www.frontpage.com/Articles/Printable.asp?ID=11685 Here is an excerpt... In September 2003 one of Israel's senior research institutes - Public Opinion & Marketing Research of Israel - conducted a poll of 607 Palestinian adults, with a margin of error of +/- 4%. When asked which nation posed athe single greatest threat to world peace, 51% named Israel and 36% named the US, while Iran, North Korea and China were eached named by just 1% of respondents. Fully 74% of those polled said they supported Sadaam Hussein in the current war in Iraq, versus 10% who favored the US. When asked to characterize the people who crashed planes into the WTC on 9/11, respondents were equally divided as to whether they were terrorists or freedom-fighting martyrs. While only 13% of those questioned deemed Hamas a terrorist group, more than 80% identified it as an organization of freedom fighters. A mere 10% said they considered Palestinian bombings of Israeli buses and restaurants to be acts of terrorism. Only 13% thought it was improper when the PA had named a recent childrens' soccer tournament in honor of Abd Al-Al Baset Odeh, who killed 30 Israelis in a suicide bombing. When asked if Hamas and Islamic Jihad should give up their armed struggle against Israel if that nation "were to leave all territories, including East Jerusalem, and grant statehood to the Palestinians," only 26% answered affirmatively.
  14. I will attempt to do so tonight, when I have my resources at hand.
  15. All valid points. But the Palis have to learn/understand why they live in abject poverty. For years, the US and the EU have sent billions of dollars in aid to the Palestinians...but, Arafat and his cronies stole almost all of it. The parts of it they do distribute is given to the families of homicide bombers. They are poor, becuase Arafat wants them poor. Then, he steers the blame towards Israel, creates hatred towards Israel, then turns them loose on Israel!
  16. Past leaders couldn't do it because they didn't want to do it. Every time a terrorist blows up innocent Israeli civilians, Arafat condemns the attack (in English) but praises them (in Arabic!).
  17. The White House's condemnation of Israel is one of the main reasons why I'd NEVER vote for Bush...he's a f***ing two-faced hypocrite. If he had a chance to kill Bin Laden, he'd do it in a heartbeat. He is one of those "do as I say, not as I do" types. I hate that s.o.b.!
  18. If he had any power, how come he can't rein in the militant groups?
  19. Check out www.mideastweb.org/oslofailed.htm for starters!
  20. Qureia has NO power, Arafat still calls all the shots!
  21. Why send more money to the Palis? So Arafat can steal it? Why rebuild pali towns? To "reward" them for their terrorist acts?
  22. If you remember Oslo, Israel made EVERY concession that was asked of it, and Arafat still turned it down! It is the palis that do not want to negotiate, they want all of Israel!
