We're supposedly under constant threat from terrorism yet one of the cities that was actually attacked has only spent 17% of the money available to it for anti-terror measures and the national average isin't much better checking in at 44%. I guess state officials are really taking this issue seriously.

This team feels a lot like the 2000 club did. Everyone's got that all for one and one for all attitude going and its great to see.
