Agreed. They didnt want to pay Foulke so they let him go and didn't adequately replace him. Flash was a stopgap and not half the player "Foulke you" is. I think that's a symptom of where he plays. For the most part nobody outside Chicago knows anything about the White Sox so I can see how that'd be a problem but Maggs doesn't seem to me to be the type of player that really relishes the spotlight anyway. I could very well be wrong but that's just how I read it.

I'll take Magglio over roid boy any time of day on any day of the week. Maggs is 3 times the player that needle nose Bonds is and 10 times the man. Could Bonds put up those numbers of his without the juice? I think not.

I think a lot depends on where we go this season. If we have the big year we all think we're gonna have then he stays. If not then anything could happen.

I have a big problem with people who always say stuff like that. Why get rid of a guy who is not only performing pretty damn well, an error nonwithstanding, but is the soul of this team for some prospect or 2 who wont play for a few years.
