That's some good stuff right there. I'm willing to bet that maybe 2/3rds of the seats at the UC were full. The Wolves are a much more fun team to watch anyways. They hit, they score, they fight and they put on a generally good show for the fans for a fraction of the cost.

Rooted in the '30's ? How does that work? If it is because abstinence is preached then they can stay there as far as I'm concerned. I am not someone who says that people should be married before they have sex at all but I do believe that people, regardless of age, should wait to have sex until they are fully ready to accept responsibility for the potential consequenses of their actions. That's not moralizing, thats common freekin sense. That being said, nobody on this earth can convince me that a high school student or anyone in their teen years is ready to accept that responsibility. I think abstinence should be taught along those same lines in the schools because shoving condoms in kids faces only encourages the behaivior. BTW, just because "everybody's doing it" doesn't make it right.

I'm with you 100%. Thomas has gotten a lot better lately with his attitude and hopefully it will play out well on the field when things got started. Yeah he has gotten a bad rap in the news the last few years but a good deal of that was his own fault. Here's hoping that is all behind him.
