    Sorry

It's a crack at me and people like me who don't believe in tax cuts for the richest 1%, believe in social programs for people, aren't in the belief of "f*** the poor" etc. It's fun that people enjoy 40 hour work weeks, 8 hour days, etc. yet they have the same audacity to piss on the liberal tradition that brought them these vast changes. 40 hour workweeks? What the hell are those?
  2. I went to "The Cell" to do the walk up thing & when I got to the window I asked for the best seat available & then asked if they had a military discount. What does this guy do? He hands me a seat 11 rows up from the field in section 111 on the house. I couldn't f***ing believe it. Thanks ChiSox!
  3. Sending Daubach was totally brutal. They hold him at 3rd then they have 2 RISP with 1 out. Fly ball, ground ball or base hit win the game. BUT NOOOOOO. They wave the runner, the play isin't even close & good ol willie cant ge the base knock.
  4. I just signed up tonight so here goes nothing. Skins Cards Broncos Vikes Colts KC Atlanta ( So f***ing what they dont have Vick!!) N.O. Ravens Miami Jag-offs from Jacksonville Pats Rams f**s.... er... 49ers Titans f***aneers
  5. Hawks fans used to do the same thing at the old stadium when s*** went south. AHHH THE MEMORIES... SIGH.
  6. I was in Sec 151 at the game tonight & this peanut vendor dude was walking up and down the aisle all night yelling "NUTS!! I GOT SOME SALTY NUTS FOR YA! 3 DOLLARS!!" Me and anyone else that heard him were ROLLING!!!
  7. I was over in sec 151 tonight & the whole place was jumpin. When Paulie was batting in the ninth you could hear the chant throughout the whole at bat everyone was on their feet throughout the inning even though they didn't really do anything. More proof that we have the real fans. BTW Soxnbears, where did ya sit? sec 103, row 4......right/center field. Not bad for walk-up, eh? no s***! Kinda sucks that had only 24 thousand or so, but at least they were into the game & cheering a lot.
  8. This isn't a thread about a stance if abortion is right or wrong. I just found it darkly hilarious that people who were pro-life were killing people. LOL yeah. Lets stop people from doing something you consider murder bu murdering the person responsible. Poor misguided fools.
  9. I'll give you one thing and that is that this team has no idea how to play small-ball. If you have the bases juiced and nobody out & you score 1 you suck & when you have a dude on third and less than 2 out and you don't score you really suck. At small-ball that is.

  11. If Frank is three to four steps off the bag at second in the first inning, he's toast. The ball was no more then 30 feet out of the infield, and Walker just let it drop. I was at the game & if anyone was going to get that one it was going to be the 2nd baseman & he would have done an over the shoulder job on it. He woulda been fine a couple of steps off the bag.
  12. Are we doing anything like that here at Soxtalk once the season starts? If so does the winner get a case of cheap beer for his prize?
  13. haha then how do you explain this, from that other site: "advertising competing sites for fans to talk Sox baseball is not allowed." What does that have to do with Sox Talk being mentioned in a positive or negative way..? I've mentioned it plenty positively and never been censored. for whatever reason, they are paranoid about any other sites being mentioned. they are far from diplomatic. OK, whatever spiff. I'm not going to argue about the "rules" at WSI. They are what they are so be it. My point is that I have specifically mentioned this site many times and never beed asked not to or had a post deleted. Here, again, is another post about "s***ty" WSI... I got thrown out of WSI boards last year because I didn't "follow the rules". f*** em.
  14. Can we please leave this guy alone? What is it with you people anyway? Are you messing with Colon because he once played for the s***ty Indians? I don't hear nearly as much venom directed at Burlymon or Garland who both have disappointed this season as well.
  15. Maybe they sent along a rocking chair for him to sit on in the bullpen during the game. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
  16. Lets not get numbers stuck in our heads they'll take care of themselves, lets just focus on winning ball games.
  17. Watch Jerry the Saboteur start tinkering with the lineup cause they didn't score double digits again to bail him out of his first stupid decision.
  18. DING DING DING...... You got it right on the head there. Cotts was nothing but red meat for the Spank-mees today.
  19. Anyone could see that Cotts was set up for failure by being sent out today. The Yanks were angry at having been blown out on their home field TWICE and were looking for some chink in our armor to steal a win. Jerry the Saboteur was more than willing to give it to them too. HELP ME!!
  20. Even when they are reporting on the Sox they are thinking Flubbs. Shows ya where their bias is huh?
  21. Don't get me wrong, 2 outta 3 aint bad, but We could have had a sweep if Jerry the Saboteur started MB. It's that easy. An unproven rookie pitcher is just what the Yank-mees needed after getting clobbered twice on their home turf and Uncle Jerry kindly gave it to them.
  22. Good point, but maybe JM was trying to avoid a 2 game slide? As tough as it is in this league to sweep teams, if Buehrle takes the loss today, tomorrow doesn't look so bright with Cotts on the mound. Nothing is guaranteed, that is why you play the games. Oh wow, so if that's true then he already wrote off this game before the 1st pitch and is trying to avoid a 2 game slide before we lost anything. Another example of Jerry's "Killer Instinct". How can we go wrong with this disaster running things?
  23. The only thing I hate is JM. his killer instinct is too much for me I guess.
  24. Way to have that killer instinct JM. Way to send out Cotts so he could ge lit up by a pissed off Yank-mees team. Maybe the little saboteur didn't want to embarrass the Yanks too much on their home field so he fed them a defensless little rookie and, by the way, a W.
