  1. JOSE JOSE JOSE. He made two errors. One on a routine grounder from Jeter. ANother on a double play ball where the inning would of been over and he threw it about 4 feet above Konerko. Now the cameraman makes an error. OMG, I can't stop laughing. Nice double Crede.
  2. Agreed, I was like oh crap, he never touched the bag.
  3. and then Posada grabs some bench And Manos your AWFUL. I'm thinking if I keep saying how crappy you are, you'll have like a 4-5 game with only 2 errors (I'd think even you couldn't get a 3rd).
  4. Damn, Posada hits it foul by about a foot.
  5. What is it with Buehrle pitching that puts the defense to hell. Come on Buehrle, step up, get him out and let the Sox bats get some more runs. While were at it....AMAZEGA!!!!!!
  6. OMG, Sheffield got himself out and then Jose throws the thing a mile over Konerko. What the hell.
  7. Come on Buehrle and the Sox, step it up a notch here.
  8. I'm worried we may of just opened up the floodgates.
  9. Jose was awful on that throw. Wow, that was a lazy throw.
  10. That scares the hell out of me. I hate spiders and I didn't even know their were spiders like that. Now I hate the damn things even more.
  11. Wow, anyone else would of been safe on Konerko's swinging bunt.
  12. Carlos rips a double down the line
  13. Wow, Jeter has some solid fundementals. He's one of the few players that uses their free hand to cover their mit.
  14. U CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARD YEEEESSSSS OEO Magglio with a deep 2 run bomb
  15. Let me start my Amazega for starting shortstop CHANT!!!!
  16. Why are people complaining so much about Willie. Jose is awful. He can't even get Willie over here. He's been absolutely brutal thus far.
  17. YES...Harris with a bunt and he ends up getting to 2nd.
  18. Agreed, but first I give Harris a month. Spivey is the first person I look to acquire. 2nd on the list would be one of Hairston and Roberts in Bmore cause they dont' need both.
  19. I wouldn't make any major deals at this point. I'd look for two things, a good veteran reliever and I'd try and get Amazega as another alternative to the infield situation. Amazega is a slick fielder, whose fast, and has shown a little bit of offensive potential. I am patietn to finally give Willie Harris a shot where he can get consistent playing time for 3 weeks to a month. Never before has he gotten that and I believe once he gets that, you'll see him get comfortable, get in a groove, and get on base. For a veteran reliever, I'd look to someone that made a decent some (this would be their contract year) so you wouldn't have to give up much. I'd be tempted to add a 5th starter, but at this point you have to have patience to let the guys you've brought in show what they can do.
  20. Like I said earlier, its inevitable that some of the very best prospects won't pan out. I've not given up on Borchard yet. I firmly believe one of him and Reed will be starting for the Sox THIS season. Personally I Think it will be Reed, soley because you can plop him in the 2 hole. However, Borchard's lefty bat in the lower part of the order would be a nice thing to have as well.
  21. I think Carlos Lee and Magglio Ordonez are two cornerstones of this franchise. Lee may be destined to the DH role and some part time left field work. But Lee is a very solid all around player. Three years ago, I would of probably laughed had I thought Lee would be a cornerstone. He was awful defensively and basically toyed with us with his potential. Lee has really worked his ass off and is a very good player, maybe on the verge of breaking out into a great player. I think him and Maggs are going to be around a long time. T
