He's calling you out Steff

I beat Crimson 9-2 in 7 innings. The game for some reason booted us after that.

But USC are the real national champs. It sucks that LSU and the Trojans didn't get to meet up. Both were fantastic teams. I had the idea of a split national title. It would be like the American League winner and National league winner each getting a share of the world series. :puke

Ribbie you were hillarious. Plus, you may even have a spring training gig next year
-
What can I say....I'm actually home during the day for once...its nice. Lousy rain ruined my idea of going to the beach
-
And Kap, if you ever have any questions, just ask me. If I don't know the answer, I'll ask someone that does.

PA really wants that record. Once he becomes a rockstar it will be all his, haha.

Ya, I'm a processor. My dad knows more then I do about it, he's an broker (Although he does real estate, but he knows loans very well). The deferred fixed isn't too bad, especially if after you move into the house you may be strapped tight for cash. You'll need furniture, all that good stuff and may of tapped out your resources. That why we usually do the low start rate (1.25 or so) for the 1st year and then it adjust up, but it really doesn't go too high. Just did one the other day where right after the adjustment, it goes to about 3.375. Of course as the rates go up that will also go up. The question is how long are you planning on keeping your house. If its for a long time, then I say go Fixed, much safer. Like I mention, typically out here, people don't really live at a house for super long periods of time, so it makes the adjustable very worthile. Their are a whole lot of options out there. The most conservative is probably the fixed rate....although I personall see adjustable rates as just as safe, because I just can't see rates absolutely skyrocketing (To the point where they are 10% or so). And if you see them starting to take off like that, you quickly get out of the adjustable and try to lock yourself down, knowing that for the long period of time, you were paying a much lower rate. Also, remember, very rarely do people pay off their house (At least out here in Cali). The house appreciates and then people move up to bigger, better houses or sometimes sell and retire to a less expensive area. Still, I can't see how you go wrong with a fixed rate in the 5's.

Wunsch to the DL; Jackson and Adkins In By Jason Gage April 2, 2004 FutureSox.com The Chicago White Sox placed left handed specialist Kelly Wunsch on the 15 day disabled list. Wunsch has an inflamed left teres minor muscle. The injury is considered minor, but it has bothered Wunsch all spring. This move means that both veteran reliever Mike Jackson and youngster Jon Adkins will make the team. Neal Cotts will fill the shoes of Wunsch and in some instances this makes for a much more versatile pen. The Sox no longer have any lefty or righty specialists, but they now have a few pitchers that can throw multiple innings (Cotts, Adkins, Marte). Cotts and Adkins have been primarily used as starters in the White Sox organization and only Adkins has pitched as a reliever with the Sox.

Well this means Cotts is going to have a more involved role.

and soon enough you will pass me....its just a matter of time

Yep rates are definately going up, although I don't think they will go super high. But it will take a long time before they got to where they are right now. Most of the loans I do are adjustable, but its cause it really helps people qualify for more expensive homes or its great for people that are self employed because you can have the option to get a Neg-Am loan and if your business is having a slow few months, you can take the option of the small payment. If your doing good, you can pay that stuff off faster or you can just make the normal payment and never even worrying about going neg. Fixed are good too, just depends...right now I'm doing some adjustable with about 2.2 margins and then thats over the moving tbill average (12 months) which is right now about 1.19 or 1.2 or so if I recall. Fixed are a few percent higher then that, so the moving tbill would have to shoot up. This are loans on the libor if I recall (I'm a little fuzzy this morning). Of course the moving tbill is a much quicker moving index and in a time like this if I were to get my own personal loan, I'd stay away from the tbill and go to the 11th district cost of funds (COFI loan). Its a very conservative index that is pretty slow moving.

Should of went during the past two weeks or so while all the spring breakers are out there

Cotts In; Burke, Grilli Out By Jason Gage April 2, 2004 FutureSox.com The opening day roster is looking more clear, after the White Sox reassigned Jamie Burke and Jason Grilli. This means the Sox will carry 12 pitchers, barring a trade. Neal Cotts will be one of those twelve pitchers and will likely be the Sox long reliever. Cotts has had a strong spring, showing improved control, going 1-1 with a 2.45 ERA. He has pitched in six games, making one start. As of now, Cotts will be the long reliever, but there is speculation that Kelly Wunsch will open the season on the disabled list. This would push Cotts into a much more important role as the second lefty in the bullpen. Cotts will move to the starting rotation if Schoeneweiss or Wright struggle. While Cotts is in, Jamie Burke and Jason Grilli are out. Both players impressed manager Ozzie Guillen and will likely see time in Chicago at some point in the season. Grilli, a rule V draft pick, was offered back to the Florida Marlins, who would have to give the White Sox $25,000, but the Marlins declined. This left the decision up to Jason Grilli (since he had already cleared waivers) and Grilli decided he wanted to stay in the White Sox organization. Grilli and Burke will start the season in Charlotte. It in unclear whether Grilli will be used as a starter or a reliever, but he’s more then capable of either. Burke will share time with Mike Rivera and Ryan Hankins behind the plate, but will also play first, DH, and occasionally play 3rd. Mike Jackson and Jon Adkins are battling for the final roster spot. Adkins has pitched tremendous this spring, giving up one run in 10.2 innings of work, while the veteran Jackson has given up four runs in eight innings of work. While Adkins has pitched better, it looks as if Jackson will get the nod. Adkins has options left and the Sox are unclear whether Jackson would accept a minor league assignment. However, this all fluctuates on Kelly Wunsch’s health, if Wunsch starts the season on the disabled list, then both Jackson and Adkins will start the season with the Sox.

This summer...day after I get out of school...me and the fellas are heading to Vegas (All of us will finally be 21 ) After that, may go on a cruise if I can find one for cheap
-
Kap, you should still be alright, plus their are always adjustable rates, which I typically recommend because you get the low start rate so you can adjust into your payment better.

Its all about the mighty 1090. Its basically the people from what was XTRA 690, but XTRA turned into a Fox Affiliate. I don't like listening to the national shows much.

No, my dad is so pissed at Selig for letting the McCourts become the owners. Peter O'Malley has ripped the ownership and said some negative things just before the McCourts took over. For anyone familiar with O'Malley, he almost never says anything bad about people running the Dodgers. The second that was said, my dad, who already hated the idea of McCourts ownership (Cause he's pretty much a phony...got lucky on one piece of land). McCourt is singlehandedly destroying the Dodgers. I think he thinks that Depodesta can bring some of the magic that Billy Beane has. I think Depodesta is a good baseball guy, but the Dodgers are in real trouble. Heck, McCourts wife, also known as the president, went on a tyraid about how big of a joke the Dodgers were in terms of sales of their suites and such. Then she was informed that the Dodgers were the best in baseball. The Dodgers well known, and probably the best marketing guy in all of baseball, stepped down after the McCourts offered 1st class airfare to their spring training facility for all announcers....except Fernando, who is their spanish announcer. The Dodgers marketing guy worked hard to get Fernando back in the organization and he told Fernando he'd go first class as well. After that happened, the McCourts went off on the marketing guy and he walked off. He would be a great hire for the Sox and now the Dodgers are scrambling to get him back but hopefully he sticks with whats right and tells the McCourts to :fyou off. Absolute joke....and Selig forced it through. I had said it from day one though.

We must be identical cause thats my take exactly.

I used to hate Clemens, but now I got so much respect for the man. He's such a gamer.
-
They have made 3. Coyler is a pretty solid reliever. I like his upside and I think the Tigers will like him. But Depodesta has said some pretty good things about the guys he's gotten.

You rock Bull.
