I plan on going to a couple at the end of May/Beginning of June. My buddies girlfriend just moved out there and me and him are going to be flying out then. Everything else will be free, which I like. Then if they make the playoffs, I'll definately find a way to make it out there. I will see every game they play in Anaheim and maybe everyone they play in LA, at least one though. I may even drive to Arizona to see them play the Dbacks.

I think Cerb saw it somewhere else. If Cerb heard it, then I definately trust it.
-
It will be sweet as long as they don't give up Rauch.
-
Nevermind, he's on the Rockies.

Mike, so you know, I'll be doing my show at either 2 central or 3 central time on Saturday. This ones for sure. Last week I had a huge football tourney, played 5 games total and didn't have any time to do a show.

I thought Wilson never moved. he was supposed to, but ended up staying in Colorado.
-
I think it started from another board. I looked on the sportingnews and saw it nowhere and also checked a couple other sites.
-
I'm at work, otherwise I'd be listening.
-
I still think this rumor isn't too legit, because I don't really know why the Phillies would want to deal a cheap player like Jimmy Rollins.
-
I'm all for Rollins, the guy is definately a stud and should get better, much better. Picking him up would make this team a notch better and I know it can be done without Rauch.
-
Yep, although I must admit, I like them less and less each year. Still, I'm distanced from the rivalry and grew up watching them and the Sox on WGN.
-
If were talking Baseball it would be the Angels and Cubs. I live right by Anaheim Stadium, so I see plenty of Angels games and I loved seeing what they did last year. Hopefully this year is the Sox turn.
-
he only hit 245??? how many steals? Something like 38 but he was in 40's the year before which was his rookie year.
-
Had like 14 errors last season, so its a huge upgrade over Jose Valentin.
-
I'm thinking if they made it all in one it would be more of a super strong plastic type substance that could bend, etc. Of course I'm a lehman on this subject.

Myers is considered by many the best pitching prospect in the majors. No way the Phils would do it, it would make me happy though. Heres my deal. Manos, and Sanders or Stewart for Rollins. They can take it or leave it. If they would rather have Hummell, then make it Manos and Hummel for him. No way do we give up one of our top pitching prospects. Especially when you think that in a year, we may not have Colon and we definately won't have Rogers. Then you have just 3 guys again. You would have Rauch ready to step in, and then would be looking at using either Stewart if he's still here or someone like Malone or maybe even Honel or Diaz, etc. I do think we'll be bringing Colon back though.

I was trying to listen to Art Bell Last Night (Well his new host) cause I figured they'd have some experts on the subject. I think they were talking abuot it, but I fell asleep by the time the commercial ended. I'll try to stay up tonight. Usually they get some really good hosts on, especially under these circumstances. Anyway, as far as the tiles go, I still can't figure out why they kept flying these things if the tiles falling off could do this. It was known that they fall off every launch, so it just seems to me they were waiting and knowing this would eventually happen. They need to rebuild these so there aren't individual tiles, but one big one. I'm not scientist so I don't know if that can be done, but thats my logical thought.

If it was Wright and Val I would say sure but I dont like this trade. Were givin up too much... I wouldn't even do that. Boy have I changed my tune quickly. Now if they want to do Jose, Rauch, and Stewart for Rollins and Brett Myers, we got a deal.
-
I'm changing my tune a bit. Either we do this for Stewart and Jose or Jose and Ginter or something along those lines or the Sox don't do it at all. Rollins numbers have went down and he wasn't too hot last year. He's still got loads of potential, but his obp is very low. I like the fact that he walks, but he also strikes out a lot. This guy isn't already there; he still has a ton of room to grow. I'd be pissed if we dealt Rauch for him. I wouldn't deal Rauch straight up for Rollins.
-
Rollins isn't insurance. He's simply one of the better leadoff hitters in the majors. Jimenez hasn't proven a thing yet, and its tough not knowing what your leadoff hitter can do. I think we all learned this year how important a leadoff hitter is. When Lofton was struggling the team stunk. Then Jimenez arrived and played really good, but he's never proven a thing over a full season. Plus, a top of the lineup with Rollins and Jimenez would be one of the best in baseball, which would be really good for one of the best middle of the orders in the majors. Then the Sox could just let Borchard come up for good or put Harris in the 9 hole adding even more speed. Either way, it really completes the lineup. I would definately miss Rauch though. I'd much rather find a way to give them another prospect. If we sign Rogers, then look for this deal to go down though. Or if this deal goes down first, then look for the Sox to add Rogers.

One homer I just remembered is the one Bonds hit in the World Series against the Angels. I remember no one knew where the ball went, but some said it hit off the scoreboard and let me tell ya, either way it was a bomb.
-
The biggest reason I want Rollins is it answers what may be my biggest fear, the lack of a real good leadoff hitter, one thats proven himself. It also gets Manos out of Chicago, something I can't complain about and opens up our infield. The defense will be much much better, making the pitching staff better. I do love Rauch though. It could turn out bad for the Sox, but I do think Rollins is one of the best shortstops in baseball and he should only get better.
-
Well, you can at least watch our Sox and hope that the Indians can one day reach there old level. They could be fun to watch this year though, if your one of those people that enjoys seeing young players develop. Of course, I'm ready to watch the Sox and Twins battle it out and then playoff games, etc. GO SOX GO

Agreed, I tend to think Anaheim has the best lineup in baseball. They have guys that can hit for power, avg, and they all are patient hitters that can draw walks. They also don't k too much.

I'm guessing its a sumo from Japan.
