I'm working on a calendar section that will autmatically do that. The Calendar should show the people who listed their bdays in their profile and stuff like that and users can modify parts of it. I'm not sure how it all will work, but its one of the many things that will be released during the offseason.

Yep, they blew it in the end. They took the lead and then couldn't finish it out at the end. I am convinced that Crawford and Fizer will be gone by the end of the month. Crawford was swearing when pulled out and Fizer just isn't playing as Lonny Baxter plays so stinking good.

Buerhle will be fine. Out for about a week and I for one am glad it will keep him out for the rest of the series in Japan. He needs to get his rest and then hopefully the Sox and him can come to terms on a long term contract.

Then hit internet options, move to privacy and make sure its on at least medium. That should get it where you don't have to worry. Maybe one of our members a bit more computer literate then me could help you out if this doesn't work, but its what I always tell members and typically it works. This should be an interesting offseason and I suspect most of the Sox moves will occur during the winter meetings in December. Remember, Buerhle would be the A's 4th starter too. Lidle is a very solid starter. I don't think he's a #2 but I'd love to get him as our #3 and then sign Paul Byrd or acquire Colon.

I think the big thing that I noticed with Thomas was his main problem was simply reading a pitch. His bat speed was still their and when he made contact he was still ripping the ball. I think he started seeing the ball better as he adjusted, and even though it took him a while, we saw him have the big September and he kept looking better. I tend to agree he will have a big year.

I mean the main board, look at the one talking about White Sox.com or look at the testing board and Corg made a post and that graphic is the one all the hubub has been about.

I think he finally has figured it out. He's going to have a good year this season and I'd like to keep him here, at least for this season.

Ian, my ideas are good, imo. Whether Management agrees with me, isn't up to me, if it were, I'd try to sign a lot of guys or at least make a push. I'm not big for trades if you can get the same thing via free agency without giving anything up. That way, you can move what you were going to give up for something else or just hang onto it for a rainy day, aka, world series push(Use them to get that one last player). As far as Todd goes, I'm assuming he'll play for pretty cheap, say 500-750k a year and if you ask me, thats right at JR's budget and he's a very good player. I watched him a ton with the Dodgers and always liked the guy. He can play all outfield positions and first base. His arm would be a little weak in right.

Many have questioned it and I know many question whether Rowand should start. One guy I like thats out their is Todd Hollandworth. The guy is a great hitter, but he seems to always find the dl. Still, he would be a good signing to platoon in center or left if we ended up dealing Lee or if Rowand's injury is more serious. I think we'll know more on where Rowand stands in the next couple weeks, so if the Sox make a move it will be during the winter meetings in December and they may be making a couple.
