Guiliani to lead new hockey league should NHL talks break down Holy s***, batman. And this is the first thing that I think could honestly work as an alternative to the NHL. And Saskin hints that the NHLPA would consider it. That makes Buttman on some serious shaky ground. And that's a good thing.

No details yet on this, but the Supreme Court overturned the conviction of Arthur Anderson on their audit of Enron. I wonder if it was a trial technicality or real evidence that says that AA wasn't at fault? This will have interesting ramifcations on Wall Street in the long run about the assurances auditors provide.
