I did a google search on "tsunami wave videos" WOW. Some of the videos are absolutely STUNNING. If you have a bit of time to do this, the power and destruction is absolutely INCREDIBLE.

Don't ignore me, or I'll get pissed. Yea, it probably is a great feature for a lot of people, because there are certain people that have a tendency to grate peoplt the wrong way. Kip, sometimes the search works and sometimes it doesn't. I think a lot of it is depending on the traffic, at least that is the pattern I have noticed. We'll see how it works with the new version soon.

YEA! I can finally post this! We registered the board with invision today. Therefore, sometime in the next week, for certain, there will be a period that the site is down, and it should not be for a long period of time as we upgrade the board to the latest version. It's got some really cool features that I think many of you will like, IGNORE being one of them. It was about 65 here today. Felt nice after 12 on Christmas eve.

I was reading about Brownsville, the first recorded MEASUREABLE snowfall since 1895. Then I saw where Padre Island never had snow before but got it with this storm. Yea, it's pretty sad indeed.

There was a person who works with my wife - she had never seen snow in her life and she's 22 - she's from South Texas. I told my wife to tell me when she was leaving work last week so I could wait a few hours for her to get home. There definitely is not snow equipment here. At all. A place by my house where the wind was blowing, it drifted a foot or so of snow. Needless to say the road was closed because there was no way in hell anyone could get through that mess. I had to go the long as way home beause of it. And gee, not a snowplow in sight.

I thought us Texans were safe from that crap.

I was pretty shocked by this. 43 and died of a heart attack - one of the best ever... RIP Reggie.
