Bears have the youngest team in the NFL so they have a reason. SF just plain sucks but they have less cap space. Mia is just sad. One player they lost and now they are reveling their true team. Oak's team is just old but they are dissapointing too.

Teams always say they "plan" to lock up their good players long-term. Usually, they never do. Especially in Oakland's case. How many good players have they said they would lock up but they never do? Only Chavez is the only exception. That orgaization usually coops with the big losses with eigher a FA signing, or a stud from heir farm system. I'll definitely be excited.
