My life has gotten worse since you've been posting.. Late night like this is alot of fun. Got nothin to do, not too tired, listenin to some music (which I'm doing but its of course not at a high volume) and just readin some post and kickin back.

I've been in this situation more than once and made a ton of excuses. I've said to my mom that if its ok just to let them spend the night this one day, say youz wont make any noises what so ever to disturb, and say they'll leave early to not intrued. Or just say that one of their parents got into car trouble and couldnt pick em up so you just wanted them to have place to stay for the night and they can set off in the morning and the others just wanted to sleep over for the day and you wont ask them any time soon. The car might just be the best bet though (I've done it) Just sneak them some blankets/pillows and tell your friends that your mom is being a b**** today and isnt n a good mood to let company in. They'll understand.

2 words: Contract year. Javy Lopez played out of his mind last year in his contract year an got Mega bucks during the offseason. Like qwerty said in a thread before Joe Crede is probably going to be like Beltre. In his contract year, he'll break out mad crazy. I can guarantee you Beltre might have the same homerun power but I doubt you'll ever see too much .300 batting averages in his later career.

If the sox are looking for a veteran who can drive in runs, hit for average, and can show the pop from time to time, I would like us to go after Visquel (I heard an article say were the leading canidate to get him) or even Cabrera (doubt that'll happen though.)
