He shows a fastball that sits around 90, good sink when need be, a power curve, and confidence in his change. Our arm angles are similar and I do try to pitch in many of the same sequences as him. Now, if only I can have even a sliver of his success and paychecks! I have already begun my off-season workouts in the Chicago area. I hope to lift and run on a daily basis, and I have added swimming as a way to build endurance and strength.
