Both have excellent knowledge of the game and they compliment whichever team is out there. That would be one of the greatest booth duos in Chicago and probably around the world IMHO.

BINGO!!! That excites me the most. The "winner moves on, loser goes home" type thing is great. The players give 110% just to move on to the next round. It's very exciting cause the game is so close. March March Madness is a close second.

1.Baseball (hell I'm playing the sport right now) 2.Basketball (used to play but still good) 3.Football (just play for fun) 4.Soccer (used to play but stopped) The rest I don't give a rat's ass about.

I'm missing it as well, and I have part Irish in me *sigh... But when I do see it (went last year and the year before) it was sweet.

He's probably going to make the team this year with that power and being lefty is always a plus. But I still think that HR would have probably been a double in the cell, but he still has the power to muscle it out to left.

This town would go crazy and I'll tell you why. There are a ton of people who will root for the team that has a good record. I remember some of my friends were so called "sox fans" when they rooted for the cubs when they were in 1st last season as vise-versa. I bet we would be shown more if we actually win a playoff series. I remeber back in the middle 90's theyre were a ton of sox fans crowding Commisky. But theyre were alot of angry sox fans cause of the strike. If this team can go to distance, those sox fans who are still holding that grudge (and the bandwagon jumpers who will root for the sox when they are good) will go crazy.

I respect your opinion, but that'slike saying why you would question the 4 who would rather see the cubs win it. That's their opinion on the version. I'm sure many people do follow Illinois, but more people would know more about major sports and collage. That's why the sox are more likely known to everyone in the world. I'm still very surprised you didn't pick them.

I didn't say I like the cubs, nor will I ever, but saying you rather see Illinois win it more than the sox is absolutely ludacris. After all these years we yawn to see the sox in a World Series and win it. This town, and Country will go absolutely crazy. Noone really gives a damn what Illinois does cause not many people follow them. Only the major sports and the major teams are worth watching. I hope I see the Sox win the World Series before I die.

That is just like you asking who the 4 who voted for the cubs on the other topic were and how stupid that question was. I believe this topic is way dumber than the other cause we love the sox and would rather see a team who hasn't won anything since the Babe was still playing than anything whatsoever.

I as well see them too. Some even come to my school to say hi to the people who taught them years ago or give an open presentation. There's always a handshake and a best wishes sent from me to them always..
