The only method I like about Dusty is his rotation with his starters and his bench. He makes sure his bench players play significant amount of time and not keep them rusty. That's it.

Bingo. It really doesn't matter what Koch does in spring training. I believe he has to have a good regular season start in order to build confidence to add more velocity in his movement. I'm sure Ozzie will do what Manuel didn't which is keep Koch in there just to trust his stuff. It's always good to have a good spring, but I'm sure Koch wants to get over that hump and not blow a save in his 1st outing in the beginning of the season.
