What that man has done in the past is unbelieveable. Look at his k/walk ratio. It is sick. Noone wanted to pitch to him. I still think frank is dangerous. He might not have the quick bat or intimidation he used to have, but he can still give you 30-40 hrs a year, and walk 90-100 times. HOFer in my book.

He's always had a great work ethic. I don't think quit is in his volcabulary. I'm sure we'll see him this year regardless if he plays at the start of the season or not. Reed's biggest fan right here..

Thanx for posting that Willie2. I also believe Benard could be a bit of a hoax in the clubhouse considering the steroid aligations he's in with the other players. I rather see our young studs get a chance as well.

Wrong. Joe is going to be a great power hitter one day, but that's all I can see him being. He will be a free singer, have a ton of strikeouts, but will smash about 30-40 hrs. I don't think he'll have he average or walk total Reed will. Reed needs more time in AAA yes, but Borchard still has yet to figure it out. Mario V. has put on some consistant springs for us. I hope he makes the team. I rather see Reed get some at-bats in the bigs, but it'll be better for him to play regularly in AAA. Borchard should join him if he struggles as well.

Yea, they'll just inject a ton of steriods on that thumb to get it stronger..

I had a very good day at batting. I was the leadoff hitter. They call me Alfanso Soriano on this team (I dunno why cause I'm most compared to Luis Castillo) I hit the farthest ball out there, and it was live pitching. It was a leadoff triple. I also stole two straight bases the next at-bat cause of a leadoff walk. My teammates say I'm probably going to be the starting 2nd baseman which excites me cause I'm a natural born OF. BTW, congrats to you White Sox in '04.
