I'm definitely famous. You'll hear mine on there..
  4. That's a good way of looking at it. Frank didn't show any laziness by just letting that ball go. People would had probably questioned his desire for the game if he did that. (esp. if that would had turn into a horrible inning.) I don't think anyone is going to tell Ken Griffey Jr. to just let the ball bounce in front of him. That's what makes them great. They are willing to go all out for their team at any game. Gotta respect people like that. Frank is not a decent 1st baseman, but konerko is far from better. If anything, frank probably has more range than "turtle" konerko IMO.

f*** ya I can't wait. I hate it to be in 06 though. (I'll be 20 yrs. old) But if it's good, I'm willing to wait... Hopefully it isn't the "finally" that is talked about. Simpsons=Classic.
  6. Couldn't agree more. It's really embaressing to have a big man like frank probably beating a smaller dude like konerko in a race. At least we know that frank, even if his average is lower than what we expect, can still put up 30 homers 110 rbis a year. Pallie couldn't even do that when he had his off year. Frank's off year could be better than Konerko's good year (except average) IMHO.
  7. Thank you or pointing that out! I was gonna go crazy on aboz

  11. But Past, you could have been standing in history. That urine was probably on the floor since the 1900's. It's an honor to stand in it.
  12. Tall bastard Yea I was 4'11 8th grade, 5'0 freshy, 5'4 soph. and 5'7 now. Me and the other shorties used to hate standing close to Kenny because of his amazing height. (and we couldn't see the other kids walking) I used to look like a 2yr. old kid compard to him.
  13. Yes I did. We used to call him "Baby Shaq" It's a shame BNI is so f***ing cheap, that they can't keep our good talent in that school. (Harris-basketball Bobby Kimp- QB Football and another dude from baseball and me!) I didn't know the guy well, but he was by far the tallest dude in the school. (6'11 and I was 5'0 at the time my freshy yr.[5'7 now junior yr.] I said hi to him before too, I know ppl who know him so we connect. How do you know him?
  14. I go to Washington High School, but I used to go To Bishop Noll before I transferred.(had my 1st crush etc.. there )

  17. There's also a reason that his teammates cost him games by a ton or errors, and bad defensive plays on the field. That 2-10 record Buerhle had was very deciving. He didn't pitch what his record showed eariler in that season. Yes, he did get hit hard, but that doesn't mean that's the reason he was 2-10. I remember alot of his teammates cost him games by errors or musjudged plays. (Jimenez n valentin are two of them) That's why he got back to a respectable record after the all-star break. If he was being "figured out," then teams would have hit him harder continueously during that span. His teammates also backed him up as well. He was incredible during the playoff run. He has not been at a steady decline, especially considering he's a 25 year old now still learning how to pitch. He even said he tried to get hitters out last season trying to sink the ball, rather than change speeds often when he had success during the past couple seasons. I'd expect a rebound from Buerhle this season.
  18. Too bad you can't do that Steve..
