  1. On the bright side, Wendell has quietly been putting together a nice string of games. Much more involved than we've ever seen him last year on offense (amazing what a good coach can do getting a player involved).
  2. LaVine doing dumb shit once again down the stretch. Had some costly turnovers as well.
  3. Btw, if this comes to fruition, guess who called it yesterday.
  4. I like Gio saying Vaughn and Madrigal do the best against him in batting practice cause it's hard to strike them out.
  5. Well... at least the draft has some very interesting prospects, especially on the defensive side.
  6. They were all babies at the time. If OKC management didn't break them up, not a doubt in my mind they would've.
  7. It was such a unique injury and surgery. The avatar I have is Peavy himself and the actual surgery they're performing on him. It's one of my favorite photos to date.
  8. Pretty sure Getz already confirmed that's where he'll be. And Paddy also said he is "very close" to being a big leaguer.
  9. He retweeted a guy that said Giolito/Lynn extensions afterwards so I'm assuming in regards to that.
  10. Let me just say that I, 1000% agree that the money the Sox have left should definitely be on a SP. No questions asked. But let's not try and "Mark Kotsay" the DH problem either as far as rotation. I mean Leury Garcia? c'mon. I
  11. It's a fucking business Jack. These guys know what they signed up for.
  12. Giolito should be an instant fan favorite if he signs anything that cheap.
  13. Bears seriously need to tear this all down and rebuild. Most of their core guys are on the wrong side of 30 (in fact, I believe the Bears are the second oldest team in the league). In the words of Rick Hahn they are basically "mired in mediocrity".
  14. "You're fired!" "You can't fire me! I quit first!"
  15. Well how about that.. accountability. Won Super Bowl in '17, Beat the Bears in '18, fired after 2020. If Pace (and Nagy) still keeps his job, it'll be an absolute joke.
  16. That "punch" was soft, but maybe I'm use to seeing disqualifications be a bit more than that (like what Wims did)
