I would say Alex Wood if our analytical team was up to par. His spin rate numbers (in a small sample size) with his curve and change were down considerably compared to years past.

Does this mean he'll still need surgery in the offseason? Usually when you hear about a "tear" in a ligament that usually doesn't fix itself.

Before Machado became a FA, the Sox tried to trade for him and thought him being around "their organization" would make it easier for him to sign an extension. I would hope they would learn from that mistake.

Eli is as terrible with his accuracy as Trubisky at this point.

Just saw the Doc link. Shoulder dislocation with labral injury. He was saying he can avoid surgery since it's his non throwing shoulder temporarily but will need it at the end of the season.

He's usually right on the money with these things too.
