Sharp is/was definitely a Bowman guy especially considering he gave him an extension prior.

Us who have been around here forever tend to do that. Most come back, but you will get that occasional few that don't.

Eh.. I'd buy that if Stan didn't have a history of acquiring or signing guys who are worthless or on their last legs (Handzus, Rozsival, Mayers, Sharp, etc.)

Hawks need to do something about their pro scouting. Their amateur and European scouting is great. Their pro scouting on the other hand is one of the worst in the NHL. I mean Brandon Manning? Chris Kunitz? That is definitely on Bowman sure, but somebody needs to be fired for recommending that.

Jabari Parker is just so bad. And Holiday for the second night in a row with a dumb play to give the other team momentum. I'm just glad WCJ at least got his double double (with efficiency shooting at that although his teammates need to do a better job of looking for him other than the 1st quarter).

WCJ was good again despite foul trouble. Some of that was Sabonis flopping (refs were terrible in this game) but the kid will learn from it.

My bias love for Gio probably sways this too much for me. Still my favorite pitching prospect (to watch or follow) ever in our org.
