  1. Let's just be happy Q didn't have Patrick Kane as a rookie.
  2. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jan 1, 2015 -> 04:44 PM) What a horses*** phantom hooking call on Toews that decided the game. Crawford has got to make that stop though. That was a bad goal to give up. You figured there was gonna be a make up call at some point.
  3. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jan 1, 2015 -> 03:45 AM) He's the biggest waste of size I can remember the Hawks ever having. Pretty funny considering Bryan Bickell is on the team currently. (And Eric Daze years ago)
  4. Getting picked up and spending NYE with my friends. Feels good not driving for once! (not that I have a choice right now)
  5. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Dec 31, 2014 -> 01:00 PM) Just need to find a Motel 6 right? Lmao. My drunk ways have worked against me.
  6. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 31, 2014 -> 12:01 PM) I always hope when you pass on someone like Winston in the draft that you dont end up being a footnote on that players history, like Randy Moss. Guys like Cam Newton come far and between but your point remains.

    I am drunk 2015

Man I'm tired. I think I meant "done" instead of dome. But I will say some of that action probably took place as well. Went from a s***ty ending (car crash) to a nice one. (laid city)

    i am drunk

Lmao I just got dome nailing this chick at a motel 6. I still got it
  9. Adam Jahns ‏@adamjahns 12m12 minutes ago So the #Bears list of interview requests for coaches (at least known for now) includes: Adam Gase and Todd Bowles.
  10. Albert Breer @AlbertBreer· Baltimore's Eric DeCosta drawing big NFL interest. Jets asking again, after a hard run in '13. Bears unlikely as long as Phillips is there.
  11. I'd almost rather have Beckham back.. almost.
  12. Wasn't Decosta the one who turned down the Bears interview a couple of years ago?
  13. Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet· Four interview targets for #Bears GM opening: Chris Ballard (KC), Mark Ross (NYG), Lake Dawson (TEN), Vince Newsome (BAL)
  14. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Dec 19, 2014 -> 09:21 AM) Harbaugh isn't going back to college. He watched his brother John and Pete Carroll win the Lombardi. He's staying in the NFL. Michigan had to leak that number to show their fan base that the offer was made. Looks like you were wrong. Harbaugh to Michigan official according to Schefter. http://m.espn.go.com/ncf/story?storyId=120...com%2F"%7D
  15. I'm sure Emery will find work somewhere as a director of scouting or something. He has a respectable eye for talent.
  16. I still wonder who made the move to resign Garza then.
  17. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 09:10 AM) IMO, hitting on a solid first round pick doesn't mean a guy still isn't an overdraft. If he was the only one and was still a hit we wouldn't have a problem, but particularly with first rounders, drafting guys he likes that he could potentially have moved down and gotten is definitely a pattern with Emery. He is a two time pro bowler now in the two years he's been in the league and has graded out to be outstanding as a guard in metrics. I agree with you on Emery and that philosophy in a way, but you are really reaching here.
  18. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 09:04 AM) @RapSheet #Bills QB Kyle Orton tells the team he will retire. It appears, this time he means it. The biggest news of the day right there..
  19. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 09:02 AM) I liked his procedures in general, questioned some of them (the overdrafts of SMC and Kyle Long, for example), but as someone else said, whatever metric drove him to give Cutler that much money on a multi year deal sealed his fate. Hard to question Kyle Long being an overdraft though in hindsight. He had some hits with him, Jeffrey and probably Fuller to name a couple but when he missed on some guys or decisions, he really missed.
  20. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 08:46 AM) Huh? They fired Emery. No idea why Adam put HC there (maybe that explained his poor drafting. GM and HC is alot of responsibility ) Trestman is gone too though. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 08:47 AM) I think Phillips should stay on with the business side. I hope they are finally doing this the right way. Ditto. Hope they copy what the Hawks did with McDonough.
  21. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 08:21 AM) @ProFootballTalk League source says word is tricking out of Chicago that G.M. Phil Emery has gotten the axe. Hopefully this is true. And hopefully the Bears don't do what the Bears usually do and screw this potential new hire up.
  22. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Dec 29, 2014 -> 07:41 AM) I think Rex Ryan would be a top NFL head coach if he had any offensive imagination. The Bears already went down that road with Lovie Smith, I'm not ready for a repeat. I'd still much rather have a top 5-10 defense (which Ryan's Jets team did 4/6 years of his tenure) for this franchise. Not necessarily advocating Mr. Foot Fetish, but he wouldn't be the worst choice.
