  1. QUOTE(White Sox Josh @ Jul 31, 2005 -> 06:41 PM) Speaking of the Devil Rays does anyone know who the Rays traded Bobby Abreu for? Hint: He ain't in the majors. KEVIN STOCKER
  2. Does anybody know if Huff is in the lineup for the D-rays?
  3. Has Frank had his last at bat at the Cell as a member of the White Sox?
  4. Do not listen to this moron, he knows nothing. I remember back in late April or early May BBTN was talking about the Sox and all that he said was "Paul Konerko has been Dynamite" when he was hitting around .190.
  5. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 03:05 AM) I have no problem with Jose, he sure as hell doesn't suck. I don't think he sucks either I just wish he could get the run support that Jon or El Duque gets because if he gives up that early three run homer like tonight its over.
  6. I thought that was kinda funny about tonight is that he had no walks, but still got knocked around.
  7. That is it I am done watching any game pitched by Jose this year, It just seems that the offense is lifeless when he pitches, It kind of reminds me of our 5th starter game of the past few years, they get down early and thats it.
  8. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 02:32 AM) Until the Sox clinch the division, I will be more concerned about the Twins. If we're scared of the f***ing A's, we don't deserve to win s***. Did you fall off the face of the earth last weekend before the All Star break. I would be more concerned with A's.
  9. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 02:24 AM) Twins tied the score at 2 in the 6th. Why scoreboard watch the Twins any more? I'm watching the A's more hoping they do not make the wildcard.
  10. QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 02:22 AM) 1, 1, 1, 2, 0. He has pretty much had to dominate to get W's this year. Thats what I thought it seems like when he gives up three runs it means an automatic loss. I hate when he gives up an early three or four runs because it usually means game over.
  11. Does anybody know how many runs Jose has given up in each of his wins.
  12. QUOTE(The Ginger Kid @ Jul 19, 2005 -> 09:29 PM) Mueller will be going to the Twins for Romero. Bosox are making some good moves. Futile, but good. I do not know why they would trade their starting 3rd baseman to team they will probaly compete with for the Wild Card?
  13. Its official this trade won't happen it was just mentioned on Chicago Tribune Live, thats means if it was mentioned in the media it never happens. KW always works under the radar.
  14. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Jul 19, 2005 -> 09:57 AM) It just depends if KW wants to give up some uber prospects for Wagner, or say trade Shingo and a mid - level one for Latroy Hawkins, Ron Villone or Scott Eyre. Are you nuts? Latroy Hawkins
  15. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jul 19, 2005 -> 10:28 PM) Hopefully we won't need him. Last time his arm was feeling tired, we went on a streak where we didn't need him for like a week. He has not been used since Thursday and before that last Sunday his arm should be fine. That is not a good thing when he has a tired arm being used every five days, So I am all in favor of acquring a good bullpen arm.
  16. This team seems to have a problem making contact with runners in scoring position. Does anybody know where the Sox are as far as team K's
  17. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:30 PM) That is relevant to todays game thread because? You know what lets just end in right now both players f***ing blow. I am not going to argue over two bench players.
  18. QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:28 PM) Well, when your starting CF's overall production is ahead of only Corey Patterson, Juan Pierre, Nook Logan, Willy Tavares, and Jeremy Reed for guys at his position, I think it's a good time to consider an upgrade. He is just in a little funk he will come around and finish the year close to .300.
  19. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:26 PM) Soon as Ozuna plays better defense and runs faster. How come no one f***ing b****es that Ozuna cost us a run in the 1st? OR how about the fact that Willie's bunt meant jack s***. What about Willie FAILING to move a runner to third twice Friday and what do you know we lost by two.
  20. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:19 PM) Wow I'm f***ing pissed. That's a joke of a way to end the 1st half. GOD DAMNIT That's a painful painful sweep going into the break. f*** When are you changing your name?
  21. QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:16 PM) ...not to mention SP, CF, SS, 1B. CF?
  22. QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ Jul 10, 2005 -> 11:04 PM) STFU with this "best record in baseball" s***. Look at the way we played against the Angels, A's, and Rangers. And then consider that we've still yet to see the Yankees and Red Sox, and will get more games against the Angels, Rangers, and Orioles in the 2nd half. And then check Cleveland's schedule. We won 4 out of seven against the Angels and only 2 and 3 three against the Rangers and we always play the Yanks and Red Sox good we will be fine (as long as Willie Harris is in Charlotte)
  23. Willie Harris your plane for Charlotte is boarding!!
  24. Now that I sit back and think the Sox caught alot of breaks in the 1 half like when we played the Angels for seven games without Vlad and we always seemed to miss the opposing teams ace in alot of series, but anyways me made the most of the breaks. Lets put this series behind us and go go em.
