  1. Obama Viral Email Project Already blogged on my website.
  2. QUOTE(Texsox @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 02:51 PM) Statewide over 800,000 people showed up when they were expecting 100,000. No one was ready for that. I am STILL shocked that states are "surprised" by high turn out. Iowa should ahve been the early clue that this election is like none before. It's been over 2 months since Iowa and Texas wasnt prepared.
  3. QUOTE(Alpha Dog @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 02:16 PM) Let see, Uribe is TRYING to fight the rampant drug trade with US help, Juan?
  4. Let's face it. BA playing so well this spring REALLY f'ed up their plans for this season. Maybe ina good way, maybe bad. But this is NOT what they planned. They clearly planed on their 4 OFs being Dye, Owens, Quentin, and Swisher.
  5. QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 02:43 PM) Is this still going to mean Obama got the most delegates overall? I think it's a tie. 92-92. That is according to MSNBC. CNN has Obama winning with the "final" results. but they seem to be projections based on polling.
  6. Tex, makes you wonder... why would they stop? Seems to help Hillary.
  7. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 02:37 PM) Hell, there will be a lot of games where Thome leads off an inning more than Swisher. Is that really that big of a deal? A few years back i was playing a computer baseball game and for just that reason I batted my #4 guy leadoff. Dont rmember how it turned out. but I think her had a good year
  8. 1. Swisher (LF) 2. Cabrera (SS) 3. Thome (DH) 4. Konerko (1B) 5. Dye (RF) 6. Pierzynski © 7. Crede / Fields (3B) 8. Anderson (CF) 9. Uribe / Richar / Ramirez (2B) I can live with that PS: If Swisher and Owens BOTH make the roster, where does Swisher bat? He was a 2 or 3 last year and Cabrera is a 2. So does Swisher bat 3 and move the rest down? (THome 4, Konerko 5, ect...)
  9. QUOTE(Alpha Dog @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 12:20 PM) He is a loon. Seriously. we;ll that's a given.
  10. QUOTE(jackie hayes @ Mar 13, 2008 -> 10:55 AM) Now the US has to decide -- on the verge of a recession, do you put a large oil supplier on the list of terrorist supporting nations? http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...id=opinionsbox1 Of course! It rises the price of oil and pads their pockets.
  11. Texas gives up on counting the caucus system... http://www.kveo.com/news/local/16594611.html

QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 01:52 AM) By the way from what I've read it sounds like the final episode of this season was shot with two endings. If CBS decides to pick the show back up it will end with a cliffhanger. If CBS decides not to renew than the series will be wrapped up. Really? Well, that is a nice way to do it. At least it is respectful of its audience.
  13. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 08:53 PM) Well, I have new respect for Olberman. He tore her a new one, and did it with precision. His only problem is there is too much of her that needs to be ripped apart to cover in a 10 minute special comment. He needs to turn his nightly "Bushed" segment into "Hill-Wacked"
  14. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 08:19 PM) Anyone catch Olbermann? He went off. I except him to be in a body bag in a year or so. I am lookign forward to the rerun tonight.
  15. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 08:31 PM) Pretty sure he always does that at the ending. he does
  16. QUOTE(Texsox @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 07:09 PM) Then why have them on the map? they arent to Clinton.
  17. QUOTE(bmags @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 06:49 PM) the plus side to Obama's "50 state strategy" is he can reclaim states like new hampshire, michigan, iowa, missouri, wyoming that have gone republican. They aren't the sexy FLA and OH delegates, but they add up. Ding ding ding! If he can pick off a lot of little states then lose ONE big state, he can come out ahead.
  18. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 06:35 PM) Polls say Obama would win Iowa and Hillary would lose Iowa. It's stuff like that that matters. But Iowa isnt California. Only California and NY count to hillary. All those "other" states dont matter.
  19. Might I suggest a separate thread dedicated to racism in the north vs south?
  20. Pro-Obama Governors Challenge Hillary "Big State" Spin WOW! That quote says it all. There have been 47 contests so far (including the 2 versions in Texas) and half came from 5 states while the other half are spread among the rest. WOW!
  21. QUOTE(mr_genius @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 10:27 AM) Didn't the Dailykas try to do the same thing to McCain? I guess Rush is more convincing to his followers. Dailykas vs Rush??? HAHAH! no contest.
  22. QUOTE(mr_genius @ Mar 12, 2008 -> 10:20 AM) It definitely would not. Hillary is well on her way to being an honorary member of the GOP. But what she REALLY needs to do is drag out this primary and steal the nomination at convention MSM is picking up on the "Limbaugh swing" http://www.huffingtonpost.com/john-k-wilso...ef_b_91112.html
  23. Havent heard hillary begging for any debates in PA recently? hmm..... I thought the American people needed to hear more of them face to face?
