  1. As an Obama supporter, I would declare this a tie. there are positives on both sides. Hillary needed a knockout blow to slow him down and this isnt it. He won CT and was competitive in AZ, NM, and CA. Remember, MOST of these states had Hillary +20 or 30 2 weeks ago.
  2. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Feb 6, 2008 -> 12:52 AM) So why aren't the women of California going to be ripped for being sexist when I can't hear 5 minutes of Obama talk without race being brought up? Hypocritical, but not surprising. I was thinking that yesterday morning while I was driving to work. Blacks vote for Obama and he is the "black candidate" and clearly cant win whites. Clinton wins women an the press is "well, she's a woman. she should win women"
  3. On a far more down to earth and real level, this is the headline on CNN.com right now "Death toll rises to 16 after tornadoes roar through parts of Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky, authorities say."
  4. Chuck Todds breakdown (NM and CA not included)... Obama - 659 Clinton - 623 If Hillary wins BIG in CA.... Obama - 841 Clinton - 837 So, OBAMA wins tonight!
  5. MSNBC is about to break down the delegate count for tonight.
  6. MSNBC calls MO as the apparent winner for Obama
  7. mmmmm.... my lady Nora is back on MSNBC. yum.
  8. hmmm..... according to reports on MSNBC in the Romeny campaign, he is going to have "frank discussions" about the future of his campaign. I think he's out by this weekend. Huckabee... the little engine that could?
  9. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 11:23 PM) What's a good result for Obama in terms of how much he can narrow the gap in California to? Say 6% or so, would Obama be ahead in delegates if he only lost by that much? My guess is yes.
  10. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 11:20 PM) So at this point in the night, what should I be paying attention to -- how much Obama can close the gap in California? maybe. Total Delegate Count seems to be more important. but we wont know that until tomorrow. so, for the next few hours... CA.
  11. QUOTE(maggliopipe @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 11:18 PM) Obama up in delegates 606-534? That's what his 'delegate guy' says. http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/020...unt_606534.html I think he'll win or be within less than 20
  12. QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 11:12 PM) That's why you don't get paid to make those calls... I stand corrected. Normally being 10+ points behind with over 50% reporting is hard to overcome. but I didnt know that large portions of St louis and KC had not reported.
  13. MO... 98% reporting. Obama - 391,470 Clinton - 386,544
  14. MSNBC calls CA for the Clintons
  15. NM finally starting to roll in
  16. QUOTE(Reddy @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 11:03 PM) i do nothing but support losers. haha. maybe i should support McCain in the national.... yes please

  20. QUOTE(Rex Kicka** @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 10:48 PM) Rex Kickass projects Clinton wins California by 6 points. AtHomeBoy also projects a 6 point victory for the Clintons.
  21. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 10:38 PM) What's the deal with New Mexico? There's no results on CNN.com.....and I was interested to see what would go down there... STILL nothing out of NM.
  22. Damn. Obama smacked Hillary about taking more money from lobbyists than any of the republican nominees.
  23. QUOTE(Rex Kicka** @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 10:48 PM) That's one of the eleven. OOPS! I had twelve, but UT waa listed twice. my bad.
  24. Looks like Hillary is going to take MO on the skin of her teeth.
  25. QUOTE(Rex Kicka** @ Feb 5, 2008 -> 10:44 PM) CNN has called 11 states for Obama. Add UT. he is pulling away there.
