I think it will take time for ND to get back to where they were. The main reason, for me, is their academic standards. I actually applaud ND for being so strict. They actually believe in the "student athlete" unlike most major programs that believe in the "athlete student" or more like the "athlete who never has to attend class as long as he is a key player in getting the school a national championship". If ND can build their program the RIGHT way, go for it. But it will take time.

That thing is terrific. YOu can have it set up to work for 2 differant rooms. My aunt has it, I love it.

Actually, I have some relatives who have Dish and they are very happy with it. And the times I have been at their houses and used it, I love it as well. They dont have all the flash and extras that DirectTV has, but if you want something cheaper than cable with all the regular channels, Dish works great,

I agree with Artest and Jackson. THey will be gone for a very long time. Remember, Artest not only took out the guy in the stands, he also punched out a few fans on the court. As for Wallace, I dont think 15. Maybe 5. It had pretty much calmed down when Artest went nuts.

I want to look at the Pacer brawl from a differant angle. WHo gets suspended and fro how long? If I remember right, Rodman got 11 games for kicking a camerman. Isnt this like 3 times worse than that. Granted Rodman was unprovoked, but still. Players went into the stands and assulted fans. SOmeone has to be suspended for at least 20 games.

He was having a real hard time getting a thought up. He was shaken. I should note that he made a referance to be right next to Artest while Artest was laying on the scorers table. So, if that is true then Gray was literally in the middle of it all. I would be shaken too.

Jim Gray just said on ESPN that the guy that Artest went after was NOT the guy who threw the cup. That would explain why he had that "oh crap" reaction. lol

Ok, then I misidentified the pacer. he was right behind Artest and the blow was landed on a guy in the stands. I dont think the guy was even involved. Correct me if I am wwrong, i only caught the back part of the punch.

I just saw it again. O'Neal laid a punch on some guy who wasnt even involved I think.

I just saw the whole thing. It was a freaking water bottle that hit him! It wasnt even a beer! Artest NEVER should have reacted the way he did.

For those of you who have Comcast Sportsnet, turn it on. Very shortly they are going to show the whole thing from beginning to end. Judge for yourself.

Like I said earlier and was so rudely shouted down, this should NOT have happened. Artest WAY over reachted. It wasnt self defense. Artest just snapped like he normally does.

Interesting note, I just saw on channel 7 that as the players were leaving the court fans were throing beer, soda, popcorn, ect onto them.
