I actually have a perfectly logical reason for me picking them. They came into existence while I was still a youngin and playing park district baseball. We needed a team name and decided to go with the Marlins. At this point, they had never even played a major leage game. Heck, they didnt have colors or a logo. In park district ball, you wear a park district t-shirt with the primary color of your team. (The White Sox wore gray). Since the Marlins didnt have colors yet, we wore yellow shirts. lol. The followimg year, I was on the Rockies. We had purple shirts. Ever since then I have been both a Marlins and Rockies fan.

Very cool idea. However, I see this as being very unlikely since they have to pay for staff to run the game. I would suggest maybe 75% off any ticket with the donation of a canned good or non-parishable food. Also, dont give season ticket holders their seats. I am not saying they cant site there, but I think you should be able to buy ANY ticket including those of the seats of season ticket holders. This would give a chance for people to sit in seats they may never get a chance to sit in.

They are my favorite NL team as well. If they are still here on Wednesday, I will absolutely be there (assuming the ticket prices are reasonable)

If ti is, depending on the start times, i will be at either the Monday or Tuesday game. (If they are still in town on Wednesday, then that is absolutely the game i would go to)

You know, I was thinking the exact same thing. If they are discounted, I am going to jump all over that. i am a Marlins fan (they are my NL team). It would be find of cool to see my second favorite team play in my favorite teams stadium and I dont have to root against the marlins. lol Ironicly. I was wishing the Marlins would play the Sox at the Cell so I had a good excuse to get out to a game. lol

Can someone explain to me why Ozzie has so much love for Jose that he has to play a rookie out of position in his major leage debute? THat can SERIOUSLY hurt his moral, even more now that he made an error.

I love how Hawk and DJ are blaming the dropped ball at 2nd fall all the runs this inning. That was just one out. Here is an idea.... blame the f***in guy who walked in serveral runs instead of getting the last out of the innning. It isnt the dropped ball that caused this bad inning. It is the freaking pitcher. WHile I agree he wont let them give in, there is a differance between giving up and being able to win a game. With this offense I dont think they have the ability to put together a winning streak that is capable of climbing out of this hole.

I 100% agree. I dont think people outside of the WhiteSox fan base realize just how much the injuries to Frank and Mags hurt this team. I find it interesting that this team can go out and score 10+ runs a game easily with them, but once they are out this team cant score 4.

Let Mags go and use that money to steal Nomar from the CUbs in free agency! :fthecubs

Signs is one of my all time favorite movie. I thought it was GREAT! M. Night is very good at messing with your mind. His movies fit very well intot he catagory of psycological thriller. The part I really liked about Signs was that he only showed you small glimpses of the aliens until the very end. The whole movie played out in your head. It was GREAT!

When i was at the Score, I made sure that North saw a copy of the story. I knew he would go off on the Cubs. I knew he would have the opinion I had. I was right. lol. He mentioned the story on-air and went on to say how stupid it is for the Cubs to stay at Wrigley when the Yankees are going to replace one of the most widely know stadiums in the WORLD!
