I'm happy that Buehrle got the win, but he has been giving up early runs in groups of 2, 3 and 4 since the A.S. Break. I hope he can "right the ship" before his next start. Anaheim/New York may not have a Graffanino to bail him out in the ALCS.

I swear that nearly 1/2 of the APs pics of the Sox this year are of Iguchi.

They gut the guy's pitching staff, give him a roster that consists of Chavez, Zito and some guys that are one or two years out of AAA. What does Macha do? Finsh a handful of games out of the Wild Card/AL West Division, then be released because he wanted compensation for a good season. Macha got jobbed more than McClendon.

Macha could get a shot with Boston if Francona is let go.
