Only bad thing about these bullpen guys pitching so well is that the pressure is off now. I am just hoping KW doesn't get fooled by this recent surge by the pen.

They kept mentioning Ronny Cedeno on White Sox weekly...I doubt KW could get him but that wouldn't be a bad return for Pods.

I wouldn't mind actually taking a shot on Latroy Hawkins....if he could regain that form he has with Minny or close to it,he would be a big improvment. Plus he would only have to worry about being a set up man instead of anything else.

I agree that Stone should take Dj's spot permanently. Stone seems to also make Hawk a better announcer as well...at least to me it seems this way.

Murton for Pods?...God knows KW would probably settle for a A baller again.

I would rather see the Sox resign Dye. The Sox have enough holes and I don't believe anyone will give the Sox enough to where it would make up for his loss. IMO

He looks to have pretty good range in the field.

They need to DFA Erstad and Pods and bring up Sweeney and let him play LF from here on in....

Thing I find amusing about this deal is the Sox intially drafted Dubee in '04 and it was Duane Shaffer who was giving the good marks about Dubee...this is according to what I heard on Boers and Bernstein...Didn't the Sox just fire Shaffer for not drafting and scouting as good as they like...and now they trade for a guy that Shaffer was supposedly high on?

Sox should try to work something out for Kolb and or Chacon...both would be better than some of these stiffs they are running out there as of now.

I don't see him coming here but I absolutely love the way the guy just plays balls out all the time.
