  1. QUOTE(Steff @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 06:46 PM) Frank was not invited. Yet, former players have been. Frank is the devil. Didn't you know?
  2. I don't know what to think really. I guess it doesn't hurt to see if he can re-discover his 2002/2003 form.
  3. It takes a big man to admit he has tits.
  4. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 04:39 PM) How about a recap on the game. The pitching was solid overall. Jose started strong with two scoreless innings. He gave up a couple runs in the third. But he was consistently getting ahead in the count and didn't walk anybody. Garland breezed through his first two innings. He gave up a run in the third. Lopez and Munoz both pitched scoreless innings. Munoz in particular was very impressive. Haeger was doing fine until a ball got by Stewart that kept the 8th inning alive. He was also a victim of some crazy wind. The offense, however, wasn't very good. Three hits the whole game. Not many balls were even hit hard.
  5. Give Chris a chance yall. Dude's gotta be nervous. He sounded like he was gonna cry most of the game.
  6. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 04:34 PM) LOL @ Hawk's calls on WSCR 670. The Timo one still cracks me up.
  7. QUOTE(Felix @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 04:33 PM) So, how the Sox score? I know Owens tripled and scored on a sacrafice. I can't remember by who, though.
  8. QUOTE(southsideirish @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 11:28 AM) What? Did Ozzie hurt your feelings now too? He didn't say anything bad or anything that wasn't true. He was pretty honest. Who cares if he got involved? I don't care one way or the other. But he did say that since his name wasn't mentioned, he was gonna stay out of it. This doesn't qualify as "staying out of it."
  9. Well, that sucked. lol. Pitching was solid. Garland, Lopez and Munoz pitched well. Haeger was a victim of some bad luck. Jose looked solid despite giving up a couple runs. He was throwing strikes consistently. As far as the offense? Um, it sucked.
  10. QUOTE(iWiN4PreP @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 04:16 PM) so we have 3 hits? Yes. Ben Grieve is up.
  11. Jerry Owens with a double. First hit since the second inning.
  12. Haeger didn't pitch badly at all. He was a vitcim of a low knuckler that Stewart let get by him and some crazy ass wind. It's 6-0 now.
  13. Rockies up 4-0. Bloop single by Marrero.
  14. Stewart having problems catching that knuckler.
  15. Charles Haeger on the mound.
  16. QUOTE(TheDudeAbides @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 04:00 PM) whats happening? Anyone give me a summary? Our offense is on vacation. The pitching has been good.
  17. And that's another 1-2-3 inning. 19 in a row retired by Rockie pitching. Kenny needs to make a trade now.
  18. Stewart grounds out. That's like 20 in a row retired. lol.
  19. QUOTE(knightni @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 03:58 PM) Is the game over? With the way we're hitting, yes.
  20. Fields k's. Good god we can't hit.
  21. QUOTE(Felix @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 03:55 PM) Huh? He's a leftfielder, and his defense is supposedly atroscious in CF. There's no supposedly about it. His arm is bad.
  22. Munoz works a perfect inning.
  23. Munoz with back to back k's.
