QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Mar 5, 2006 -> 02:23 PM) Another three pitches retires a Sox hitter. Can someone tell me this Colorado pitcher isn't a typical scrub? We're playing Arizona. Dustin Nippert is pitching.

QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Mar 5, 2006 -> 11:00 AM) Tyler wouldn't be drafted over big guys like Aldridge, Bargnani, Tyrus Thomas, Al Horford, Shelden Williams, Hilton Armstrong etc, which would put him out of the lottery. He has alot of stuff to work on as a player, he just gets his stats from pure hustle and relentlessness. He's still a poor defender, average rebounder, and still gets worn down late in games. He has no reason to leave, as he's not going to be drafted over Oden even if he averages 50 ppg next year :-), and he has a legitimate post player coming in next year to take the double teams off of him, and he has an amazing PG coming in that will keep him fed down low. Not to mention his family is well off as well, but if he's a guaranteed lottery pick, I couldn't fault him. I just REALLY don't see that happening. Even a guy like Glen Davis would be jockeying with Tyler for draft positions this year. Alright then. I asked you because I know you're the UNC guru. I know he wouldn't have a chance in hell of being drafted over Oden. That's why I was thinking it might be better for him to come out now.

Palehose, do you think Tyler Hansbrough will leave school after this year and enter the NBA draft? They were talking about it on the Score. Some think it would be wise for him to leave now since one, there's really no good bigs outside of Williams and Aldridge coming out and two, 07 will be the "Oden" draft. I must admit, I didn't know much about the kid until the 40 point explosion against Ga Tech. He's definitely a baller.

I am now 100% convinced that Duke is overrated. Redick's last 4 games: 5/22 3/10 10/28 5/21 Just a slump? Or are teams starting to figure him out?

QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Mar 4, 2006 -> 04:44 PM) No righty stands a chance now, IMO. They have all looked bad and Ozzie wants a second lefty. Borchard, Gload, lefty. Hasn't Redding looked good so far?

Anybody ever seen this movie called "Shakma?" It's about a killer baboon. I saw it once about 10 years ago. I've been looking for it for a while now and can't seem to find it anywhere.

QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Mar 3, 2006 -> 10:28 PM) Just saw When A Stranger Calls....very interesting movie. It is really slow but really suspenseful as well. Ending is pretty confusing but freaky at the same time. Overall, not bad of a movie but don't expect anything great. The best part of the movie was the house.

QUOTE(Dam8610 @ Mar 5, 2006 -> 12:31 AM) Wow. That's a rather high ranking for McNeal. They could probably get him in the 4th or 5th. That's what I was thinking.

Dayn Perry picks the Sox
Count me in on the Tigers being a potential sleeper. The talent is no doubt there. They weren't that bad last year until a horrible September slide.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 4, 2006 -> 03:46 PM) Nice win by Indiana, they should be in now. The Hoosiers deserve a lot of credit for the way they've finished. They looked dead not too long ago. They're definitely in.
