That is how you have to play offense, if we miss open 3s, we miss them. But Bogans is n the NBA and he needs to take open shots. Rose on the other hand shouldnt settle for early threes, because he can get a better shot.

Keep your eyes on the rim Wade. I dont like the Bulls energy, when will Thibs make a change early in a quarter to change rhythm. Bulls need to take this game, not hope that Miami loses.

Hey Lawyers
Shack should have had a disclaimer on his post that he is not giving legal advice, that he is not been retained for the purpose of legal counsel and as such his post is nothing more than opinion, and should not be relied upon. That being said, in general consideration can include the fact that they are being given publicity (as publicity has value) thus the consideration part is fine. The real issues would be liability side (1) that they are releasing you from any potential liability of any kind for producing this and (2) that they will indemnify you and hold you harmless from any lawsuits due to their copyright infringement etc.) Not sure what the exact facts are, but potentially you could have copyright concerns if they are playing material that is owned by another source. If its supposed to be original music, release should absolutely contain wording that states they warrant they have full title and ownership over music and have given you a perpetual license to use, blah blah. I could go on and on, but as I said before, I may or may not be an attorney, but this post does not constitute legal advice, it is just opinion and should not be relied upon as legal opinion. Disclaimers are fun!

U.S. launches airstrikes on Libya
I really stopped arguing in this thread because I just cant justify spending time arguing about what is worse, action that results in death or inaction that results in death. I believe in the former, that if we believe there is a chance that there will be a systematic killing of innocent lives, we should do what we can to protect those lives. The key part is "do what we can", that does not mean we can interfere in every war, it does not mean every time something bad happens we must come to the rescue, it means that, if the opportunity presents itself, Id rather try and fail, than have done nothing. The articles about rebels killing innocents, it just doesnt matter because the result of action will always lead to unintended consequences and other action. No solution is ever perfect, all we can ever try is to do is to make the best decision based on the information we have at the time. I still think that had Benghazi fallen to Gaddafi there would have been more deaths. And so in my opinion, we did the right thing. But there is no way to prove what would have happened, which is why the sniping posts about people being dead, or terrible things being done by the rebels do nothing more than obscure the real actual tough decision. Would the people of Libya been better off with Gaddafi or without.

The Event hasnt really been explicitly explained. Since that was all from the last episode I gave it spoilers.

5/23 Game thread Sox at Rangers
It always seems the Sox give up a disproportionate amount of hits on 2 strikes and/or 2 outs.

2010-2011 NBA Thread
If its in play the ref is definitely part of the court, since it was out of play I think the ref just made up a "do over" call. I dont know the rule, but what would make sense is that the ref is either part of the court (and therefore its a play on) or if the ref is out of bounds, hes considered out of bounds and therefore its the Bulls ball. But I dont know the rule.

Wade threw the ball off of the Ref, so it was ref interference. Which is why the ref kept saying "My bad"

We shall see but my interpretation of the comment was that the guy wasnt all that interesting. Which makes sense as hes not a comedian or entertainer.

Im not to optimistic as in the previous episode Tosh said something to the effect of: "It took us 2 years to get this guy and Im not sure it was worth it." Makes me think that the segment may be lame.

Its scary when a Boozer jump shot is the best look youve gotten in a while. Bulls need to space the floor better and attack the rim and kick. Have to hit open jumpers its the NBA.

Bulls need to find their offense.

2010-2011 NBA Thread
Boozer as the focal point of the offense is really going well. And he cant take it to the rim because hes not athletic enough.
-
2010-2011 NBA Thread
Boozer needs to stop trying to act like a hero. When there are 3-4 defenders around you, kick it out. So frustrating, just letting chances slip right threw their fingers.

That is what is amazing for the Bulls, if they can score 90-95 points they have a great shot to win every night. Its just a question of where will they get those points. Some one else besides for Rose needs to be that consistent second scorer, I hope Deng gets his touch back because that really makes things a lot easier for the Bulls offense.
