  1. QUOTE(Greg Hibbard @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 01:50 PM) Until the Cubs win the world series (when hell freezes over), Zambrano will ALWAYS have something to prove against the White Sox Fortunately, we have absolutely zero to prove to the cubs we beat their asses in four of the first five games head to head this season they could score 80 today and it wouldn't change a damn thing tomorrow I agree with that. But with the way a struggling Cubs offense tee-off on Buehrle is definitely cause for concern. First pitch rips. Anyway, it's hilarious watching the Cubs fans. They're reacting like they're winning the World Series or something. I guess I'll be heading to Ribfest a little early today.
  2. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 11:13 AM) Hopefully the only garbage on the field today is in blue uniforms with red C's on them. Go ^^^^^^^^^ That's been true all year. Let's hope we do something to rattle Cra-Z fragile psyche, like a bat flip or something. He doesn't do anything or strikeout or anything like that does he? That pointing to the sky s*** is annoying.
  3. Another game on Fox, another exciting win. BTW, those shots of Cubs fans after AJ's HR was priceless. Go for the kill tomorrow.
  4. Sox have good luck on Fox Saturday Baseball (hoping this isn't a jinx) Vaz needs to rebound from his last start. If he was on any other team, he would've lost after giving up 9 ERs. :fthecubs :fthecubs
  5. Great work, as usual.
  6. Amazing. One loss. It's not the end of the world. The Pirates had a 13-game losing streak, they were bound to win sometime. These posts are hilarious. Everything should be better if the Sox take 2 of three from the Cubs.
  7. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jun 28, 2006 -> 07:38 PM) The rock band? One hopes not.
  8. ...and the Rally One loads 'em up.

I'm happy to hear your review. At first, I was a little leery about seeing it. But I have changed my tune, especially since I've learned that it's a continuation of the first two movies --- both movies which I saw many during my childhood. I can't wait to see it and I never listen to Ebert, anyway.
  10. Will the Tigers EVER lose? Now I know how teams/other fans felt about the Sox last year..... Sox just have to take care of their own business tonight.
  11. I going to put the Red Sox down as a write-in.
  12. Time for Buehrle to tie Garland for HRs hit by a Sox pitcher Welcome back Rob. I hope you get a clutch hit off of Damaso. Time to start a new winning streak and gear up for the Pirates II. I mean, the Cubs.
  13. I love these Fox Saturday games. Everyone of them so far have been exciting. As for Garland..... :headshake Matt Thornton...We got him for Joe Borchard? If he keeps this up, that would be one of KW's patented steals. Now for the other props: JOE Your approaching Robin territory with your slams. ALEX BULLPEN 9 IN A ROW. They were bound to get it sometime. 1st time since 1982. St. Louis: Now it's on you. You're bound for a win tonight.
  14. QUOTE(Brian @ Jun 23, 2006 -> 04:18 PM) I see history repeating itself and Pods hitting a walk off. If that happens, I'd rather hear Hawk's call than Joe Buck's. Jose had a close call last time. Let's make it easier for it this time. Though, Pettitte ain't no walk in the park.
  15. Sweaty Freddy was on. This was reminded me a lot like that Santana game, and also to an extent Game 4 of the WS. FREDDY JIMMY And I'm got to give props to JD for his catch. BRING ON THE 'STROS!!!
  16. So, does Joey IBB Albert when he comes up?
  17. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Jun 22, 2006 -> 08:41 PM) I think it is time to start posting Rally Credes. Rally Thomes?
  18. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Jun 22, 2006 -> 08:15 PM) But I'll be the 1st to say: REYES HAS A NO HITTER GOING. YUP. HE DOES. A NO HITTER. :Crosses Fingers: (HOPEFUL JINX BUSTER) Reyes has a no-no Reyes has a no-hitter going Reyes is throwing a no hitter Reyes has not allowed a hit yet
  19. Don't you think it would make sense that Albert would start at DH, considering he just got off the DL? JMO.
  20. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 21, 2006 -> 07:11 PM) That inning should go over well with CC's ERA Makes you wonder how this can guy can have the Sox number, but the Cubs see him and score 9 nines off of him.
  21. Yay Brew Crew Let's hope the Sox have some runs and hits left in them after last night. Boy. was that fun. I was expecting Timo to pitch the eighth for the Cards.
  22. Since I am without XM radio, tonight would be a perfect night to stream MLB radio to hear to soothing voice of John Rooney once again. Looking forward to it.
