I have the same problem! When i have the works hilighted and i go to click on the color the hilighting goes away. Maybe its becuase I am on a mac?

I totally know what you are going through. through out the regular season I lived and died with the sox. People wouldnt talk to me after a loss because I was soooo pissed. But now I have very little emotion good or bad after a game. It may because I fed off hawk and his emotion or that I am surrounded by cubs fans up here in Deerfield and very few people are watching or live the sox. i think that maybe our bodies are setting up a defense mechanism to keep us from getting hurt if the sox lose. Our bodies are keeping us from getting to high when we win and to low if we lose. It also has to do with our surroundings. I was at game 2 of the ALCS and I have never screamed so loudly and cheer so much in my life. But on sunday I just pumped a fist when pods hit the homer. IT is very strange, thats for sure.

i would still be upset but it definitely would help the situation. I am a huge Hawk supporter and, even though this post season is the hilight of my life, I would love this so much more if Hawk was there with us. He is a joy to listen to and represents exactly what most sox fans are thinking. He makes everything more excting and conversely, when we lose he makes it so much harder to swallow. I sure hope he is planning a surprise visit to the radio booth.

After the game sunday night ozzie was wearing the official white sox world series hat with the world series patch on the side. Has anyone seen these for sale or know where to get one (besides online, i dont want to wait for it). Thanks for the help!

The yanks always look for ways to blame their own problems on someone else. For example when they lost the last game of the season the Red Sox, in which a win would have given them home field advantage against the angels. Instead of taking the blame they blamed the rangers for puting their scrubs in there. It is that same thing in this situation. If they would have swept the angels like the sox did to the red sox, there would be no problem and nothing to b**** about.

I want to hear more about this ferret racing! But if we are going with personal stories. My first little league team in 1989 was the White Sox. And i was assigned number 13. Which was none other than ozzie guillen. I fell in love guillen and the white sox and the rest in history. Despite the fact that my whole entire family, including distant cousin, aunts, uncles, etc. were all Flubs fans. I explain it by saying I was the only one born in my family with a brain.

Totally agree. If there is a game 6, you will see me there with a huge sign that says "CURSES ARE FOR LOSERS"
