  1. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Feb 28, 2005 -> 06:41 PM) Now what do I do with my Terrell jersey I got for $20 after the 2001 season? the real question is what do i do with my Anthony Thomas Jersey i bought for more than $20 after 2001. anyways b4 i would of been ok if we didnt take a WR first round or add another in free agency but now it almost seems like a must doesnt it? and on Terrel i think him and Brady are sort of friends... remember somewhere Brady giving Terrell a prank call back in college and made Terrell think he was a editor for a magazine or something...
  2. unless we are planning on drafting another WR id like us to sign TJ Houshmandezeh very underated.
  3. yeah Kirk and Deng both havent played well these last few games but as long as W's keep coming on the board im ok.
  4. well ill say one thing for sure Rogowski is not an attractive man
  5. ummm it might be just me but last year when playing Jackson easily outperfomed Faulk so i dont think that was their problem.
  6. thats only because of the recent dominance of the bears by the packers with Brett Favre...... I think are rivarlry with them is going to revive itself some when Favre finally leaves GB.... hopefully their next QB is an ass and easy to hate.
  7. wow thats not how i would of expected rogo to look .... anyone have an actual pictue of rogo so we can see what his front side looks like
  8. yeah Duhon is basicly the PG of the team since Kirk kind of been converted to a SG..... His shooting has gotten better as the season progresses and he is a good passer and creates shots for his teamates.
  9. you know its kind of annoying all this A-Train and Thomas Jones debate..... sure some of us like A-Train better and thought he should of kept his job but thats not the case and he is gone so really its time to move on, for this year at least i can almost gurantee you that our starting RB will be Thomas Jones so taking a RB 1st round would be dumb especially with the 4th overall pick.
  10. are you all playing on pro because on all star my hitting is really inconsistent one game im awesome next im nothing... also my clutch hitting is really bad
  11. Cardinals are actually starting to make smart decisions starting with the hire of Dennis Green..... but anyways you look at the biggest needs for us on offense and they are still OL and WR.... Thomas Jones is they guy who is our RB and he is good enuf even though im an A-Train fan
  12. lol no unlike Arizona we are still in need of a WR.... only problem is the 4th pick wouldnt be best spot to adress it and because this isnt considered a good draft teams prob arent considering trading 2 first rounders to move up in it. If i had my ideal draft though take Mike Williams or if you can trade down and draft an OL and Clayton from oklahoma
  13. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Feb 27, 2005 -> 07:29 PM) I agree w/ Mr. Showtime. The hitting games are cool but the pitching games are pretty crappy. Haven't tried the fielding one yet. So, after 1 night with the game, which I played until 1:00 am with, my overall impression is that the game is better than last years obviousle but they have changed/upgraded lots of things. Here's what I got, positives and negatives: 1) LH Power Glitch: 1st HR I hit in the game came w/ Pierzynski to the opposite field. 2) Smoother gamepley: Fielders make smoother looking plays and the fielding in general looks more realistic. Negative: Infielders catch fly-balls TOOO much. 3) Pitching it too easy once again: I threw a 10 inning shutout w/ El Duque....c'mon?! P.S.- Ozzie was thrown out so the CPU kept him in 10 innings with Shingo getting the save in the 11th. 4) Baserunning Stretch Step: They changed the baserunning when your runnong down 1st and take that long last stride. Only problem is that the runners have a hitch in their step right before they make the final leap. Nothing major but I thought I'd make a note. 5) Owner Mode is Odd: The whole financial thing is weird. You lose money on road games but at home games you cant make much because you have a limited amount of $$$ to buy assets (Concessions, additional seating, etc). It's hard staying on top of things. BTW, the seating is gonna be crappy for the first 1-2 seasons w/ the stadium. maybe pitching wouldnt be so easy if you upped the level.... i play on all star and my problem with pitching is i dont give up a lot of hits but i give up a lot of HR's which is very annoying :headshake
  14. yeah compare their careers the superior running back is A-Train.... but i dont think we use the number 4 pick on another RB.... Thomas Jones isnt a favorite of mine but at begining of season when Grossman was QB Jones got the job done so it tells me last year wasnt really his fault.... id say with that pick we either draft Mike Williams/Braylon Edwards, draft Derrick Johnson or trade it to a team with two first rounders and get like Clayton and an OL guy.
  15. well word has it that Tyson is really working hard on his offense in practice and he plans to add some more weight to his frame this off-season so maybe he can score some more next year... i personally dont mind his bad offense because of his amazing defense he gives us.
  16. whats the thinking of skiles having AD and Harrington together on the court in a game like this in the 4th quarter?
  17. when he is healthy is he more likely to be in winston-salem or birminham
  18. its $30.00 everywhere .... anyways just to let you know pitching is still 2 easy and hitting 2 hard.
  19. i wouldnt consider Jones, Benson among the best since we dont know how good Benson is actually going to be. And with Edwards or Williams are WR corps would be good not among the best now on the LB crew you are correct that would be either the best or one of the best.
  20. QUOTE(He_Gawn @ Feb 26, 2005 -> 07:38 PM) Is BMAC on the top 100 list and is his name the same? he is but with a different name its on page 30 of this thread go check it out
  21. QUOTE(Leonard Zelig @ Feb 26, 2005 -> 06:27 PM) So, I hear AJ is starting to bond with the pitchers.
  22. a-train has had a better NFL career than Thomas Jones.....also A-Train is more of a fan favorite
  23. i was at the game too... 80 dollar tickets .... anyways it felt like i was at a playoff game it was so amazing,.... for those of you that havent been to a bulls game the atmosphere there and the game seeing it live is a lot more enjoyable than watching the white sox(who i still like more).... anyways that shot Chandler made while being fouled at the end that had the biggest applause of the night
