if griffey's contract wasnt what it is i would be all for it.... but with him on the team we wouldnt be able to afford any other stud players and if he was in his prime we might of been able to of done it but now who knows.... i still think he can get his batting avg up as the season goes on but its just to risky with him being injured what 3 or 4 years in a row now.....

isnt jeremy reed a left hand hitter so couldnt he answer all the problems if we keep jose in that gives us 2 left handed bats

idont know what people see so much in valentin.... he doesnt really hit better then harris as sad as that sounds.... and as far as defense.... harris and uribe are both excellent defenders and maybe uribe's arm isnt as strong as valentin's but he will make the accurate throw more of the time because for some reason valentin thinks konerko has hops

even if we have the same record as last year we also had a better ball club supposedly last year 2..... so that tells you how ozzie is working with what he has and we also didnt face the yankees twice at this point last year... even though we did own them last year

how about getting someone like michael young.... the rangers are desperate for pitching so i think it can be done... even though he is playing ss this year his natural position is 2nd base

harris might never hit the ball hard but the bottom line is we are most likey going to be stuck with him at least till the all star break..... and he is really good at defense and when he gets on base he is always a threat to steal and thats what ozzie is looking for....

i dont have a big problem with willis... he seems to be doing ok recently and as long as he is getting on base once or twice a game like today im ok but rowand has practically done nothing and wright's last start wasnt 2 bad but it wasnt good 2....

i thought he traded him because we couldnt afford to keep durham in the first place??

i know its still the begining of the season but i mean the guy isnt a great hitter and he is agressive on defense but its not like he is amazing like a beltran or pierre at it..... how long is it going to take if he keeps hitting at this rate until we take him out and give jeremy reed a shot..... im hoping soon because ive never been a big fan of rowand Also danny wright faces toronto next right? My guess is they are going to crush him so how many bad starts left until a move is made with him? im thinking 1 or 2 more after toronto if he pitches bad in them.....
