well if we are interested in urbina 2 we could get them both in 1 deal which would not only give us a good catcher but another bullpen arm but i still rather have shingo as closer over urbina

heh i dont think a sweep is out of the question but im not saying we will because thats just ignorant and usually backfires but with buehrle garcia and garland i think we got a good chance to win each of those games especially since garcia faces radke

im pretty sure i read somewhere that ben davis would catch garcia the rest of the way but cant remember where i read it but to me it makes sense because he is the only catcher garcia knows

we dont "need" offense from our catcher but a number 2 hitter would be really nice.... yeah uribe had a fast start and was amazing at the begining but he is far from a good number 2 hitter... kendall would be our best contact hitter and if you look at our wins and our losses you can see uribe's average makes a big difference its like .340 in wins and around .200 or so when we lose... basicly kendall would be a lot more constant .300 which = more wins

yeah losing reed is a lot better then losing crede.... if we lost crede and olivo then i would of been pissed.... now im sad olivo is gone easily my favorite player besides carlos lee on the white sox but freddy garcia is worth a lot more then olivo......... now what would really piss me off is if we dont resign garcia and he goes back to seattle then i would kill KW

what catchers are due for free agency next year... i would of liked to keep reed but chances are he turns out to be nothing special anyways.... but olivo is a killer we better sign freddy to a 3-4 year deal if we are sacraficing our catcher of the future for this

do we have a super catcher in the minors that i never heard of b4 or something because now were down to sandy and ben davis and their both old.......

i just heard on the radio we got freddy garcia and we lost olivo thats not cool i thought olivo should of been an untouchable also ben davis and jeremy reed were involved in the deal from what i heard

yeah the security is so damn tight in athens your probably more safe there then you would be playing a a road game against your rivals

next year as in he actually stays on the club the whole year or at least starts on the club at the begining of the season

well the cubs lineup isnt the most explosive but its good to see felix diaz pitch good against them.... personally he is my favorite pitcher from charlotte and i hope he can make the club next year.

i dont know how you can say that.... he went 5 innings only giving up 1 run which was good enuf to win us a game after our 5th starter has sucked the whole season one actually has a good outing and you find a flaw in that....
