This lineup would hardly be sweet. A lineup with Valentin, Miles, Harris, and Olivo has far to many question marks and holes. No of course it doesnt look like the powerful offense we had coming into this season. But did we win with this lineup? I'll be looking forward to some very nice smallball from guys like Willie and Miles. Then we still have our power guys like Maggs and Lee. Its gonna be a lot more balanced.

Its pretty close between FLA and CHI. Both have very good young pitching but lack playoff experience. Now lets just hope the cub pitching completely explodes someway somehow.

Agreed, if Frank is gone, Carlos should be hitting third. Even if Frank is still here we might need a new #3 hitter. If Frank continues to only want to hit HR he has to be moved down in the order. Sadly, almost everyone on the team is only trying to hit HRs.

Two spot would fit him best. He always seems to focus more and has an amazing amount of ribbies there. He has pretty good speed but just needs to move away from the homer mentality. Congrats Carlos on an awesome season, finally performing up to your talent.

Their 11 game winning streak finally ended yesterday. The momentum factor definately changed this month. I do give BMR credit for his prediction that the Twins would go on a tear. However, they didnt "win the rest of their games".
