    My main problem tonight was the way they would span the video over the select fans cheering. In the whole scheme of things it just feels manipulative. I'd like them to promote him as more of a middle man, some don't like him, some do, but he fights the good fight, etc.

    One thing that leaves a very sour taste in my mouth is the whole 'adding crowd cheer effects.' This is just horrid propaganda bulls***. It's sly, manipulative, and entirely taking advantage of a weakness of human beings. To try to turn Reigns, who is being booed outta the building, by adding crowd cheer and quickly video recording the few fans cheering for him and ignoring the boo's is just awful.

    You may not be homophobic. But saying you are “just joking” or only saying it to people who aren’t gay doesn’t absolve you of blame. You may not be able to solve the issue of homophobia in our society. But what you can do it make sure you aren’t — consciously or not — contributing to it.

    Generally speaking, I'm saying no. Trout is the elite OF option #1. The question would really be, is Trout > OF replacement level compared to Sale > SP replacement level. Your league over evaluates SP, I see, but that could mean an average SP level type produces excellent value as well, minimizing the effect Sale has. However, if this is not the case, then I consider making the trade.

    I'm also tagging a long with the general agreement that this is absurb. 1. LaRoche may love his kid, but bringing him to work for you does not make you father of the year. Teaching your kid 'lessons' and giving him the ability to live a happy, intelligent life is what makes you father of the year. 2. There is no room for a kid to be around your work 100% of the time. That's insane. Have the kid hang out with friends or something, school, whatever. To tag a long on a note for LaRoche... he was one of the biggest failures all year last year. As others have stated, if this was me, I'd be working my ass off to show people I am still 'that' guy. Ah, too funny, too funny.

    First, what a shocker indeed. My mouth dropped when I saw this news on Rotoworld. Second, yes, this opens a LOT of money, but this announcement would have been much better prior to the off season to plan, perhaps their was prior knowledge. Third, It would be nice to now get Bruce for cheap, or some other option. I really did expect LaRoche to bounce back, but with that out of the plan, we need some power. Send me Bruce as Dh.

    I'd suggest, once again, to try combining your OF'rs in a 2 or 3 for 1 deal to get an elite OF. I don't know how many OF you start, but you have a plethora of OF'rs. Some with good trade value.
