My pitching has 2 studs - buehrle and Webb, has some good and average pitchers, has some risk (duke. cain). I have average relief pitching with wickman and cordero. Anyone agree?

I dont think you did terrible, your pitching aint amazing, but its a normal staff, and your hitting is average.

Ah fair fair trade I believe. So your getting teix and reyes? Who's your first basemen now? A rod is a bit better then teix and bonds / reyes is a good watch during the season. Its a fair trade, depends if you need teix. I personally dont have bonds on much of my teams due to risk, so i like the idea of trading him off. But do you think you could mayb get one small minor thing to add along with the trade possible? Still a fair trade.
