Yes, he can be a solid player without stealing alot of bases. In the first place stolen bases are extremely overated. he has a pretty damn good eye which is why he had .81 point difference between his batting average and obp. If he could manage to hit around .280 i would imagine his obp would be in the .360 range which is excellent for a number nine hitter. He does have a weak arm but he more than makes up for it with his range. Uribe and willie are the best doubl eplay combo in the american league as it stands.
