If i get banned for saying what we all feel all i can say is i will greatly miss soxtalk. But i will get over it. At least i would not have to put up with you so that is a plus. Plus i highly doubt for a first offense i would get banned.
-
Stfu, you don't know what you are talking about. Never have never will. How the f*** have you not gotten banned yet i will never know. You are a arrogant piece of s*** that thinks you know all and that far from the case. Do you post just to anger people? Because you have done a very good job of it. No one likes you on this site not one damn person. So why come back? You are repetitive with your cabrera hard on, polanco hatred, wright hatred, and your knew one podsednik is the new rickey henderson bulls***. Always telling people they are wrong when they have a good arguement or you are just flat out wrong. Got really old after about the first twenty minutes after you registered. People have tried to give you friendly advice, and did you use it? No, of course not. That may make some sense and be helpful. I will probally get suspended for calling you and arrogant piece of s*** but that is o.k. with me because that is exactly what you are. You have killed nearly every single f***ing thread you have been in and i would be surprised if people have not left the site until you get banned or are barely posting be of you.
-
No, where do you come up with this stuff? I am sure that they would take rauch who had very little value at the time for your beloved podsednik. He is not a better player than everett when everett is healthy. Unless having a .316 obp and seven stolen bases qualifies as being greatness.

Which is why the orioles were smart for picking up tejada, he is just going into his prime now and will be damn good for another four to five years. As he gets older he will be showing a little bit better consistency in all his categories. Which you cannot really say about renteria.
-
Damn right i would sign tejada for 12 million per year. He is capable of numbers that renteria cannot even get close to. His career slugging and ops blows renteria's out of the water while being better defensively. I know you find that hard to believe and will say something like well renteria is just better.
-
Sheffield knew, him and bonds are just playing dumb now.
-
Welsome to soxtalk.
-
No way no how does renteria's stats justify ten million dollars per year. I am going by his career stats and not just last years. Now i am not saying i would be pissed about signing him but like you said i would question it some.
-
They have to fire him, if not they will look like idiots to stick with someone that has not even gotten into the first round of the playoffs in a five year tenure. I think it is five may be only four years though. I like his agreesiveness and that we are always in trade rumors. But i would also like if we got fairly better players than mike jackson and royce clayton in free agency.
-
He took over a team that went to the playoffs the previous year, yes. But, alot of players on that team had career years and if they never did would have bever gotten to the playoffs. Have you ever looked at the starters era's from then? Pretty damn s***ty i would say. People make it out as he took over a dynasty when all he took over in realitywas flukey team that was projected to win third place that year. People have got to get over the 2000 season already.

Al Leiter - S - Mets Barring a last-minute snag or a surprising change of heart, Al Leiter is expected to sign with the Marlins for one year and at least $6 million, the Miami Herald reports. The Sun-Sentinel, on the other hand, believes that Leiter still plans to see whether the Mets offer him arbitration next week. If they do, he could take the offer and stay with the Mets. If they don't, Florida would be able to sign him and keep its first-round pick. Dec. 3 - 4:50 am et From rotoworld. The Phillies are expected to sign Sandy Alomar Jr. to replace Todd Pratt as Mike Lieberthal's backup. Alomar was in Philadelphia for a physical yesterday. This would be a clear downgrade for the Phillies. Pratt might wind up in Florida as Mike Redmond's replacement. Dec. 3 - 3:50 am et From rotoworld.

How?
-
Will he take the minor league minimum? Only reason i would want him is to platoon with willie and bat against lefties. But he has forgotten how to hit lefties.

If vazquez did not already give up alot of homeruns i would think less about it. But he was the 8th most extreme fly ball pitcher in baseball last year and he has always had a knack for giving up homers unlike morris. Before this year morris never has given up more than 20. G/f is one of the statistics the sox management should be looking at first. -
Why do i feel sosa will never get caught?
-
Really bad couple of days for baseball. :headshake
-
Once more, as it wasn't obvious. When did he today?
-
It has been reported that he only wants to pitch on the east coast so this is not making much sense to me at all.
-
Well i do know he is worth 2.1 billion. http://www.forbes.com/finance/lists/54/200...datatype=Person Edit: As of last year he is worth 2.1 and worth 2.2 billion in 2004. George steinbrenner is not on the least from what i can see.

I knew that, just hard to believe pohlad is the richest and is a greedy bastard. Eh i guess it is just a business though.

Sox do not need pitchers with a .85 g/f ratio. He would probally give up more than 40 homeruns in a season here. I like guys with really low home run numbers and he is not really that. He would be lucky to have a five era with the white sox.
