I don’t get it. Some posters say the Sox shouldn’t pay Maggs $70 million... well I have a question for you, “Are you going to pay him that amount of money!?” Like Cowbell said, He is worth it when healthy.

The thing is that this year’s team is very streaky. They win 4 in a roll and they may lose 4 in a roll this afternoon. And sometimes you just don’t get the offense at all. Sometimes they can hit off of a good SP (like with Cleveland) but now they can’t hit at all. All runs in this series have come via the home run. And that’s what gets us Sox fans very frustrated, IMO of course.

Its very sad to see so many young lives not even make it to where they can enjoy life. :headshake

Yes but rarely do we have 30,000+ on a weekday. I know it’s not the end of the world it’s just that this team has a problem. They always rely on scoring runs via the HR, which is not always good. And if we don't take 2 out of 3 from this series the Twinkies may own 1st place for a while.

I also have Comcast and I’ve never had any problems with it. It’s amazing how so much happiness comes out of that cable wire
