Willie’s defense isn’t bad at all, but what I want to see from him is some real good base hits. There are times when there are runners in scoring position and he can’t get them home. Harris is no RBI guy and I think everyone knows that. Durham in the other hand got the job done in some occasions.

I hope the Sox don’t underestimate the Royals just like they did with the Expos. I believe the series with the Expos would be one that I’ll never forget. Mostly when we scored 14 runs but still managed to lose the game.

I wouldn’t mind having an Esteban Loaiza bobblehead. The guy gave us a great year last year and I thank him for that.

Taking 2 out of 3 is always nice, but a sweep would be sweet

They’re judging his 9-5 record and him having to go to the All-Star in two consecutive years. Though they should really look at him pitch. Loaiza can definitely go deep into games, but he’s allowed more hits than innings pitched, which IMO is not good. Contreras is almost a like. I believe he’s pitched in 94 innings and has allowed 92 hits.

Though this team would look a lot better with Frank and Maggs in the lineup, I think we can do well with our starting pitching. They’ve kept us in the game, but have failed to give them any credit. Our bullpen has been shaky (walks) but I’m pretty sure Cooper will set them strait. If it’s the Wild Card that gets us to the playoffs... I’m there. Division or WC, we’ll be in the playoffs with no complaints.
