  1. I'm just going by the espn headlines
  2. This deserved its own thread. I stop posting for a bit and no one makes new threads any more. Even the top headline of espn was ta's comments on TLR and no new thread.
  3. This seem like a horrible extension to anyone else? Hasn't even played a seasons worth of games yet. Makes our deals look a lot better but we shall see.
  4. Only 6 tv games, lame. Hopefully the streaming picks the rest up
  5. They've proven to be very good at projections, whether that is their intention or not. There's a ton of research on that with ncaa basketball in particular, but for sake of argument here's one on MLB win totals. Since its a 7 year old article, it would figure that vegas has only gotten better at it since betting has exploded and Vegas predictions gets it strength from the crowd sourcing factor. https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-imperfect-pursuit-of-a-perfect-baseball-forecast/
  6. And yet they outperform most, if not all, projections.
  7. Colomes WHIP with the Sox was 1.03. Where did this always an adventure meme come from? Hendriks is going to be very hard pressed to out produce Colome's time here, but I certainly get why we did it for going forward
  8. Cardinals getting 50 million too. Lol. This is a fleece of fleecings
  9. Far from the point here but doge is technically a currency and not a security. That means you are allowed to manipulate it all you want assuming that classification sticks. No rules for currency trading.
  10. I made about 15k on blockbuster this morning. At one point I had so many shares I think it made me CEO.
  11. But the margin issue isn't the problem with Robinhood. Its that they wouldnt allow trading at all, even with cash paid in full. They're not protecting themselves at that point.
  12. I'm not on there but from what I can tell they just stopped naked option selling and require you to take on the full risk of the contract instead. That makes sense in this case. Typically they're doing you a favor by taking on some risk and allowing a user to trade naked options (or on margin too). If these houses do end up restricting the stock it will be a horrible look for them.
  13. Which ones? Only one I see if robinhood. Theres been some misconstrued headlines saying other firms but all i see is them restricted naked short options and upping the margin requirement to 100%. That makes sense as brokers have financial risk themselves on those positions. It doesn't make sense for the brokerages to not allow trading on them. They're making bank on this. I actually have no ideal why robinhood would other than they literally can't handle the bandwidth.
  14. He paid 750k for those positions. But still, insane. Idk how he had the balls to hang on this long. I would have sold at like $30.
  15. Billionaires calling in favors from their tech buddies to censor there
  16. GME 0.50 Puts for Friday traded 900 times today lmao
  17. I cant believe he played 12 years. Wow
  18. Ottavino nearly signed with us iirc. Forget what the final offer was
