Making the tournament isn't some accomplishment. It's what a bottom of the barrel Illini team should do. It doesn't take a lot of talent to do that. And if we don't make it this year, there's going to be plenty of teams with less talented rosters that grab at larges.

I'm all for firing him if we don't make the tournament. I doubt we will at this point.

That was awesome segment with Ryback. I know he's not the greatest on the mic but that's how midcarders should be treated. He clearly connected with the crowd and made us care. Oh yeah and screw cm punk.

It was probably time for him to get out of NY, but I think Ryan is a top flight coach. The rosters he was given were just pretty much close to the worst in the league every year he was there. Even his first two years those rosters weren't great. It's amazing he won as much as he did.

For whenever we are due a new stadium, the Sox need to commit to either the suburbs or downtown. I'd prefer downtown, personally. I think I was the one who originally brought up the post office site a few months back. Admittedly I was ignorant of the history a few months back, but if the price is ever right, I'd love to see it.
