I like Oliver more I read. Good, potentially great stuff, maybe better than anyone left. Hasn't been able to put it together yet for whatever reason. DUI a day before the draft because he's apparently a moron but that should be a great negotiating tactic.

Bell said they were targeting a couple pitchers they thought might fall. I'm guessing Adams was that guy.
