    Yep not having the money to finish off the offseason despite having an average payroll is a kick in the balls to the fan base. It’s not surprising though.

    I’m not going to spend the next 3 years freaking out about losing Giolito. Between the new CBA, possibly a new owner and Giolito not exactly having a long track record of success, a lot fan chance over the next 36 months.

    Great deal for Bauer. I’m a huge fan but will never complain that the Sox didn’t top this.

    If you look at the video, it appears Jays and Angels were also possibilities.

    Mendick can cover 2nd but it’s just scary how many slap hitters they can very easily end up putting in the lineup. 4 of the 5 you mentioned have had injury issues throughout their career.

    Big thing for Twins is if there 2019 offense shows up or their 2020 offense. If it’s 2019, they will win the division most likely.
