If Dunning is truly a top 70 prospect right now, that's not exactly a damming opinion on Singer. From what I've seen, Singer has way better movement on his sinker than Dunning. Dunning has a better offspeed pitch.

Absolutely makes sense, as well as guys like JR and KW getting nervous about lack of starting pitching development.

Well if it's between having a chance at mize or seeing them win a few meaningless games and getting Singer instead.....then absolutely I want to see more losses.

I would say that was mediocre for Charlotte.

Something to keep in mind is Jacksonville appears to be a rather weak hitting team. Only 39 homers on the year. They were getting good swings in the middle innings off Singer.
